  Nos alojamos ayer en el Hotel Spark by Hilton Woburn y queremos destacar especialmente la excelente atención recibida. A nuestra llegada por la noche, nos atendió Ivelise, quien fue increíblemente amable y profesional. A pesar de que ya había terminado su jornada laboral, se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos todo con calma y paciencia, asegurándose de que nos sintiéramos cómodos desde el primer momento. Incluso nos recibió con un detalle muy agradable: una bolsa con dos botellas de agua y unos Doritos. Esta mañana, durante el check-out, volvió a atendernos con la misma energía positiva. Le hicimos varias preguntas sobre Massachusetts y respondió con muchísima amabilidad y buena disposición. Sin duda, Ivelise es el alma de la recepción: cercana, profesional y muy atenta. Personas así marcan realmente la diferencia en la experiencia del hotel. ¡Gracias por todo!

  Clean, modern rooms, great free breakfast and friendly staff. There were 3 wireless chargers in my room and they were a lifesaver! Highly recommend.

  I stayed here for one night and found the layout to be ideal for families, especially the larger room that includes a small attached living room. Having that extra space made a big difference, and I was greeted warmly at the front desk, which was a nice first impression. That said, cleanliness was an issue during my stay. Unfortunately, there were hairs still in the bathroom, and when we pulled out the fold-out couch, it appeared that the sheet on it was old and also had hair on it. This was disappointing and took away from an otherwise comfortable setup. The beds themselves were okay, and I did appreciate the in-room amenities, including a microwave, a small fridge, and two TVs, which added to the overall convenience, especially for families. You can hear some noise from the nearby highway, but we were able to manage without too much trouble. One additional surprise was the $100 security deposit required at check-in. For the location and for only a one night stay, this felt excessive. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have typically only encountered a deposit like this for longer stays or when staying in a major city. i’m on the fence if I would stay here again.

  Hotel and room were clean. My room was very hot when I got in, so I had to turn off the heater. The TV's have Netflix and there are phone charging pads throughout the room, which is nice. The breakfast was very simple and nothing special.
