  Very clean with nice staff at front desk and working breakfast. The bathroom was very clean so kudos to the staff. Very Noisy. We were able to hear our neighbors' text notifications, conversations, TVs, and footsteps through the walls; not kidding. Could even hear children and adults walking around in rooms above us. However, once people in other rooms finally qsettled down, we slept well. Few in-room amenities; bring your own water cups, no, seriously; they don't even provide the little plastic ones. They did, however, give us bottles of water. No coffee makers in room but convenient in breakfast area downstairs. Breakfast was "bagels"-ish, cereal, coffee, milk, boiled eggs (they did have salt and pepper!) and less-than-fresh/dry oranges; sufficient but lowest possible quality. I might have seen instant oatmeal packets? No printer/business center. The chair at the desk in the room was a metal patio chair so no comfortable place to sit. Boston area is expensive but I did not feel that this hotel was worth the price. Surprised this was Hilton.

  While I frequent many different Hilton brands / properties for personal and business travel, this was my first stay at a Spark franchise. I felt the property was a good value and things were generally clean and well kept. My room had a king bed (with wireless device charger) and sofa bed which felt quite spacious. There was a nice work desk that you can even move and wrap around your work space - very convenient for business travelers who need to get things done! As others have noted, the breakfast options are fewer than other Hilton properties, but this is accurately stated in the property description. I had a little hesitation about the location being so close to I93, but noise was not an issue at all. I never even thought about it once during my multi-day stay. Being so close it makes for easy on/off the interstate and there is adequate parking. There are also a couple gas stations, a McDonald's and a public multi-purpose trail within easy walking distance. Lastly, thanks to Mick for his customer service at the front desk. Hilton generally sets a good standard in this regard, but I felt Mick went above and beyond.

  I have stayed here before that’s why we booked again, but to our surprise things have changed. The beds were very uncomfortable ,very noisy. Early in the morning we kept hearing the door slamming, we thought it was other guest getting up and the doors were loud. I walked out the door and we happen to be by the elevators on the second floor where the housekeeping closet is the door kept slamming because the housekeeper kept going in and out the closet, it was very loud .Breakfast was awful! They are no longer serving hot breakfast. To our surprise after staying there previously we went downstairs to have breakfast, and there was a very little options. Yes I know it’s free but what we paid for one night stay we expected the hot breakfast. No vending machines a little fridge and a small selection of over priced snacks in front lobby. Unfortunately, as much as I like the first stay there years ago , we will not be staying there again after this recent stay.
