- CBc beanDec 26, 20251.0Elevator had signs that it was broken but the reception said it was? Had a very strong odor of burning metal. One of us has mobility issues and they put us on 5th floor. Hotel was nearly empty. Seemed very sketchy. Also, had a room with connecting door and could hear every word the drunk and belligerent couple next door were saying. Again, hotel is mostly empty. Why put us in a room with little to no privacy.

- EEeddietcat01Nov 29, 20251.0Read this before booking Pros: Several front desk girls were friendly and housekeeping always said hello when passing in the hall. Cons: breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30. On 11/21 we went down at 9:05. There was no bacon, no sausage and 2 egg omelets left. I thought that was odd considering there was almost 30 minutes left and I heard voices in the kitchen area, but no food was brought out. On 11/23 we decided to try breakfast again, this time going down at 8:35. No bacon, 1 egg omelet, some scrambled eggs, and a few sausage patties. What little food that was there was cold also. We watched people file in and leave with a confused look on their faces. We could not close the bathroom door because whoever is in charge of the remodel hasn't figured out the toilet sticks out into the bathroom too far. So for 3 nights we did our business with the door wide open. The door would not swing past the bowl to close it. No in room safe. The elevator worked sometimes, sometimes it didn't. And the young man at the front desk on Friday evening did not seem very concerned. This was not a new issue. The nice young lady that checked us in on 11/20 warned us about this. The renovations are nice, but there are many options in town. I will never stay here again. I have logged 96 nights with IHG this year, and this is by far my biggest disappointment.

The hotel is very cozy , quiet & the people around are very friendly. The free breakfast is amazing can’t beat it. If your on vacation and going to the Woburn are , this hotel is the place to go too. The prices are good. I give this hotel 5stars all around. Thankyou Management for the great experience.
