  Room smelled like stale feet. I asked for a room clean but it didn't help. Otherwise everything was fine.

  Container trailers and working area taking up over 50+ parking spots!!! Broken glass and garbage everywhere they're working (it's not for the hotel btw) Been coming here for years and in the last month or so I've had to park in the street I'll leave a better rating once this is taken care of

  The hotel check in desk was quick and friendly, but professional as well. Room was a bit chilly, but it warmed up quick... I'd rather it be like that in the fall.... than the heat cranked and have to cool it down. Restroom was nice n clean... no weird smells to room or Restroom. Kids corner in the lobby with toys and DVD player with a couple dozen movies to watch too. Kids seating and adult too.

  🏨 Best Western Plus New Englander – Woburn, MA ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Stayed here from Oct 30 to Nov 1 for a short vacation in Massachusetts. The entrance was welcoming, and the staff—especially the friendly woman in the breakfast area—made a great impression. She was always cleaning and had a kind, upbeat energy that stood out. The room had two queen beds, a large cabinet with an ironing board and extra comforter, a desk, and a cool refrigerator—all solid amenities. The TV was tiny, and the constant Spectrum pop-up commercials were a bit annoying, though the remote was kind of cute. The room smelled strongly of cleaning products, but it wasn’t unbearable. The chair was stained, and the carpet felt like a throwback to the '90s. The bathtub was unusually high, which could be tricky for some guests. The bed was very comfy, and the sheets were clean and soft, but the pillows were too small and flat—please invest in better ones! The pool was okay, and the gym could use an upgrade (maybe add some free weights and fix the odd smell). The food changed daily, which was nice, but overall it was bland—convenient, but not memorable. ⚡️ One suggestion: the Best Western we stayed at in Connecticut had an EV charger. Please consider installing a Level 2 charger here—it would be a huge plus for travelers like us. What saved this from being a 3-star stay? The 24/7 coffee station—a small but mighty perk. Also, a big plus was that it was right next to the highway and the restaurants. A perfect middle area if you're visiting Boston or Salem. ⚠️ Heads-up: The parking lot is shared with a restaurant, and it gets chaotic at night

  The location is okay. The room is pretty outdated. My rating of 2 stars is due to the ridiculously small pillows. I have never slept so poorly in a hotel. We had a party of 4 so the pillows were spread between the others. The pillows were so small that even doubled over I was still quite literally inverted. Not only were they small, they offered zero support, I ended up folding a hoodie and placing it underneath the pillow. Of all the things to get wrong, this is the worst one to mess up. The entire reason to book a hotel is for a place to sleep comfortably. I could have gotten better sleep in my car which I was very tempted to do. I will never stay here again for this one reason. I wish I had taken pictures of the pillows, they’re comically small.
