The hotel has ample event space & the restaurant is a treat. Scoreboard is a well maintained sports bar that serves breakfast through dinner. The staff is friendly & professional. The added bonus is the stage & entertainment. During the week they host karaoke, music bingo & trivia. On the weekend you'll find DJs & live bands to a packed house!

The only issue I had is the long walk from elevator to our room since I just had a foot surgery, the fridge and room key not working. Other than that, it was a good stay.

- HRHector RiveraMar 25, 20262.0To premise I'm a IHG Platinum Elite member and I actively try to stay at IHG hotels. This has to be one of the worst IHG hotels I've stayed at. To start I get to the hotel late 12:30-1am and I am given the key for room 464. After walking what felt an eternity I discover there is no room 464. I jumps 463 to 465. I call the front desk and they tell me they gave me room 469. Then the keys don't work and I have to walk to the front desk again. I get the keys corrected. I unpack and jump in the shower to discover there is no hot water. Luke warm at best. I inform this the next morning to the front desk and they ask me how long I left the water running which I found insulting. I go on with my day and come back late again. To guess what? More like warm water. I also noticed that the shower pan was absolutely disgusting. I checked out. Never staying here again.
