She is such a breath of fresh air and always shows wonderful hospitality to my family, especially my boys. She treats us like family, and it means so much. Tiffany is another amazing and helpful employee who deserves to be recognized as well. The only downfall is the condition of the shower heads in the bathrooms and the bedding from housekeeping—they could do a better job with the sheets. However, whenever I call the front desk about the issue, it gets taken care of right away. Other than that, I have no complaints. I will always return to this location whenever I’m visiting Salem. It may be a little farther out, but it's well worth the drive for the warm hospitality and at-home feeling.
