Surprisingly bad. No niceties (coffee in the lobby, waters in the room) and dirty. There were dead cockroaches in the ceiling vent in my bathroom. And my vehicle was damaged in their parking lot...

The tsay was good and the room wasn't bad up until the last day we were franticly packing up our family getting ready to head to check out early when the front desk decided to call the police on us, without knocking on our door or anything. Seems to me like the staff is very nosey. I even cought them listening through our door after everything happened. What I'm I supposed to tell my kid. I understand that you have to be aware at all times to make sure people are safe but this was ridiculous and a waste of those officers time.

Nice spot close to highways. The desk chair height vs desk height was ludicrous though and my toilet was making noise the whole stay.

The location isn't the best. Though that doesn't matter. I was interested in destressing for a couple days and I like spending time at hotels. I saw all the good reviews and was hooked thinking this would be a nice and relaxing experience. The front desk wasn't hostile just not the best. I asked for a room with a bathtub but was given one with a shower. I discovered this when I walked into the bathroom with a toilet on the fritz. This is room 430 by the way. You have to manually push that thing-a-ma-bob down to stop the water draining. The room besides that is clean. In the morning I asked around for the buffet and the staff were friendly enough. To be honest though I was really disappointed. I had eggs, pancakes, a banana, watermelon, and those pastry things. All of it was really disappointing not underwhelming. The pancakes were crusty and gross. I decided to eat it just to get my money's worth. By goodness the only good thing was the black coffee. I was interested in staying two days initially but cut my stay short. I heard good things about the place but I think things have changed. I don't plan on going back. I even had to ask to get my cookie. I assume people there are just really over worked and busy. People aren't mean they just seem to be occupied by other things that made me question why I was even there. I didn't feel welcome and felt as if people saw me as a burden. Which is pretty crazy because I am paying good money just to relax there. I don't expect to be refunded. All I'll say is look elsewhere apparently as people don't want you to be there. It is disappointing because I feel that ever since Covid happened everything has become worse in quality. You see it everywhere. No nightlife, no human connection, and even places like this just kind of, and I hate to say this, are disappointing. This experience just isn't worth the money you'll spend and I think you can find cheaper and slummier places that at the very least will let you feel welcome. Now despite all of this I needed a nice, safe, quiet place to sleep as I haven't been able to for a while. I was able to get some sleep so there is that. Again, no one was mean, hostile, or even unpleasant. However, I got the sense that people were tired, very busy, and genuinely did not want me or anyone to be there. Maybe it was because of the winter storm or something? However, this has had a pretty strong impression on me. As was already said I don't think I will be back or recommend the place to anyone else. If others had a good stay that is great! I did not though. :(

This hotel definitely misses the mark for a "Hilton brand". Tiny bathroom, with no space near the sink for any toiletries, you might as well use the toilet to put them on. Bathtub that is peeling large chunks of paint. Hair left in the bathroom, that was there when I arrived. The breakfast service is a complete joke. $20 for I'm not sure what. I was hoping this was going to be the redeeming portion. It just made the whole experience equally bad. Creaky elevators that seem like they need a service call, with one actually being out of order. The only two positives were it was fairly quiet and the beds were comfortable. It looks like they tried to give this place a makeover. But failed in places where it really matters.
