  I booked a room for 3 nights beginning Feb 23 2026… Upon arriving to check in on the 23 Aiden was not open due to no power… I was advised to go to another hotel..but not to worry my credit card would not be charged….of course it was and I have had to dispute the charges…..

  The rooms are very good but the service is horrible, I asked in the front desk I want to stay one more night and he said the price will be higher so I said I do not want to stay then he just charge the price anyway

  I found the Aiden to be one of the better hotels on the Rout 28 strip. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I found the service to be very helpful and friendly. It was also a good value. Finally, the in house Indian restaurant had great food.

  The Aiden best western in Yarmouth was extremely accommodating for our sons hockey team for the MLK WEEKEND! They were friendly understanding and patient. There were kids from all over running the halls having a blast playing knee hockey ding ding ditching and swimming in the pool! A true tournament experience! I am so thankful our son got this experience. I've gone to many hotels over the years for hockey and never ever had this experience 100/10. Also the breakfast was included!! Thank you!

  Unfortunately our room was full of mold on the ceiling but was solved by a room move by the team. Nice pool and good location.. Bfast is ok but I am wondering why everything is disposable and no sustainability measures are in place.
