  Location was great, service has room to improve also the manager so he calls himself could use improvement. In room bathroom door did not close or lock. There were tiles and molding missing. Room Location would have been GREAT if it were summer. By the pool. There was a hockey team there for the weekend. They ran the hotel the manager did nothing we went there just for indoor pool. Couldn't get near it. Kids every where parents not paying attention to kids manager did everything to accommodate them before others. Kids running and screaming up and down the halls till 11p. Not good management and could use a little upkeep!

  Indoor pool was closed the whole weekend when asked if it would be open they it was being cleaned and would be open next day they never opened pool and only had excuses. Staff was also very clueless

  Have a sliding glass bathroom door that gives absolutely no privacy and doesn't stay closed. The included breakfast is pathetic I may have gotten there during the last hour and it looked like it was picked over maybe it would have been better if I got there 5:00 in the morning. They don't seem to replenish any of the food that is left out and what was there was pretty nasty. Also the pool was closed because somebody pooped in it so my kids didn't get to use the pool. They had some sort of sports event going on in the place was a madhouse. Also the Wi-Fi had so much packet loss it was useless. Had to use my cell phone hotspot.
