First, we have stayed at many Candlewood Hotels before and all locations I have stayed at have had breakfast that was disappointing. I stayed at Candlewood because I have enjoyed my experiences in the past. Second, we stayed here 2 days and we asked a couple times if our bed sheets could be changed due to an accident and they just kept telling us we will TRY to get to it. After we came back from dinner and they still weren't changed, even though housekeeping was on a floor when we came and went a couple of times, we asked if we could just have a set to change ourselves. Lastly, the elevator would take forever to go up and down, this becomes a problem when you are on a time crunch between things, we eventually just ended up going up and down the stairs.

It would be nice to be able to order from the venders on each floor.the water park was great we remted a kabana .theater at the bar was there for us shr made us feel wanted. The staff was always there ready to help. It was great My family will never forget it.thank!!!
