  My experience there was awesome. They offered a late check-out. Of course, we gladly accepted. They excepted several forms of payment. Including cash. One disturbing issue was the lack of an elevator. However, the place was only two stories. I just thought for $124.00 an elevator would have been on site. Other than that. Smooth sailing

  We stayed back in October and I’m just now getting around to reviewing because I saved the front girl’s name in my notes section to remind me to give her the accolades she deserves. Her name is Jasmine and the first thing she did was make this stressed out traveler less stressed as I was having issues making a reservation online and was worried the hotel would sell out. This was one of the few times I was traveling without a reservation already in place but I wasn’t sure if my husband was going to drive straight through to our destination or if we were going to need to stop somewhere for the night. Her system was having issues too but she made sure that she held a room for us and although I was skeptical that it was going to happen, she followed through with her promise and as it turned out the hotel did end up selling out as while we were checking in others came in to get a room and they were completely out. We got the last one. The room was recently renovated and was in pristine condition. The breakfast was just a continental one but it was enough to get us started back on our adventure. When we checked in Jasmine also gave us both treat bags with a bottle of water and after a long day traveling it was a nice addition. I also wanted to mention Jasmine had an upbeat and personal attitude making us feel welcome.

  Super clean room. Reception person was very friendly and helpful. Easy parking. Safe to stay here. No hassle no headaches.

  I stayed here in October 2025 when renovations were done. I got to the hotel around midnight and felt completely safe in the area, it is slightly industrial but also around residential homes. The front desk is there the whole time and they were kind when they checked me in. The room was beautiful you can tell a lot of work went into it and they put plugs everywhere! You can plug 5 devices in right by the bed. The bathroom was really nicely done and felt luxurious especially with the mirror that has different lighting options for make up. I found the continental breakfast went above and beyond offering warm breakfast sandwiches and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches along with the normal offerings of fruit, cereal, breakfast bars, oatmeal, muffins and yogurt. They also have milk and juice. I didn't take a picture of the coffee and tea station. I wanted to post this review because I went back and forth about booking here because most of the reviews were before it was bought by Best Western or during the renovation. I hope this helps others with their choice on where to stay. I wasn't going to the Big E but if you were this would be golden, the gate is literally across the street.

  The room was enormous, despite only having two queen beds. The accommodations were clean, with good parking. The front desk service was friendly and helpful. Loses one star due to a broken boiler that didn't provide hot water. Would probably stay again.
