- AWAlexandra Wheeler6 days ago3.0Honestly location is the best thing about the hotel. The day front desk staff were really nice. But there were several problems. I had a leak in the bathtub that I reported the first night of my stay. They said workers would come the next day to fix it. They never showed and I lived with that drip. The place was also fairly dusty and kept triggering my allergies. And I was surprised there was no maid service with how long I was staying there, there wasn’t even like a thing I could hang on the door to indicate I wanted maid service.

Then at check out my security deposit now is gonna take 1month due to supposedly my bank card was not good when i have used in other and in less than 5 days i have received my deposit. Do not again Do not use ur bank card cause they dont tell you nothing till it happens take cash for security deposit.. Is been almost 3 weeks and i haven’t gotten my $100 dollars back never again would i go back…

Than cancels my room because i walked in with my brothers who were helping me out all my belongings in my room which was a lot i am pregnant and can not be carrying so much things. So what ever im annoyed at this and find another hotel i can stay in. They said they were gonna give me a refund and GUESS WHATT they never did. Yes it’s been more than 2 weeks but i have money in and out of my bank account and had a very busy week that week and i was looking thur my bank statements and seen they never refunded me back! The front desk is very unprofessional and very rude and never going here again!

The driveway to get in the parking lot was a little treacherous in the snow. We found out later there was a much easier alternate entry/exit. Overall it was a good place.
