  Stayed one night and it seemed like a clean hotel. Room was ok size , it had a fridge and a decent size tv. Bed was firm,pillows were so-so. The toilet was weirdly positioned. Shower head was low for me and water pressure wasn't great. Walls seemed thin you could hear doors slam from rooms near us. Continental breakfast was ok eggs were watery and no bacon just sausage. Cinnamon rolls were really good. I would probably stay again because it was a pretty good price.

  Excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express -Waltham, especially given the unfortunate circumstances that brought me there. The location is super convenient just a block off I-95/128—with plenty of parking. The staff truly stood out. Katherine (hope I got the spelling right) and Jordan were amazing welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful during a stressful time. That level of hospitality makes a real difference. The room was perfect for remote work: fast Wi-Fi, a nice desk, great lighting, and a comfortable bed with quality linens. I was productive by day and slept well at night. Breakfast was solid, the coffee machine was a great bonus, and the fitness room exceeded expectations. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, the hotel was spotless throughout my stay. One small note: the bathroom felt a bit tight, and while the sliding door looks nice, it’s a privacy concern when sharing a room. A traditional door would be preferable. Overall, a welcoming, comfortable, and well-run hotel. I’ll definitely be back.
