    Good 3 star hotel,all you need in the gym,there is also a pool.Staff is so friendly with me being a basic member(unlike other chain where I am top tier)but always sign me great rooms. Unbelievable.Thank you so much,you are amazing 🙏🏻

    Room was ok. Far from any frills. Go to m use the desk you are literally right against the wall right in front of you. Only 1 real chair to sit in so only option is to sit/lay in bed for other person. Decent microwave and mini fridge. No one bothered to shovel the entrance sidewalk after 6pm no was it shoveled when we showed up. Front desk was no help when we left. We parked out back by the pool so that they could do snow removal in the lot. They refused to let us walk out to our car and had us walk through all the snow around the building. The tv was decent but only streaming channels. With the Hilton name i would have thought it would have been better. For a few dollars more we could have stayed in a Hilton Home Wood Suites and had more benefits. Just would have been a few more miles from the hospital which is why we stayed there. Next time will drive another 10 minutes to a better Hilton

    The bartender and food were really good with a lot of food options. The customer service was wonderful throughout my stay. The room was clean. The downside is that the hotel is old - cosmetic remodeling - so the HVAC is noisy and the bed isn't the most comfortable. The location is convenient but nothing is walkable so be prepared to rideshare.
