    The Hampton Inn and Suites Boston/Waltham is a strong choice for the area, backed by genuinely attentive service and a convenient location that makes it easy to access both the city and the western suburbs. Staff are friendly and professional, consistently going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and functional but a little dated and don't quite match the quality of the service and location — a refresh would go a long way. Overall a very solid hotel experience that delivers well above average thanks to its excellent team and great positioning.

    Great experience so far. We came here on a last minute booking for a medical procedure across the street….at the very beginning of a blizzard. Worried that we won’t be able to make it home safety on our original check out day, Roda (so sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) and Alejandro were so helpful in making sure I was able to extend our reservation and will be able to stay in the same room. They are pet friendly and everyone here has been so kind.

    Was planning an over night in Boston knowing I'd only be crashing for the night. Hotel prices close to Boston were crazy on Valentines weekend, especially with added fees just to park. Rate was reasonable with no fees to park, so it was a no brainer. On the morning of my visit, drove to Waltham and took the train in which worked great for me. Once back at the station after a fun filled day, the drive to the hotel was super close. With the Hilton app, was able to check in early and was able to pick my room and Floor from what was available. Picked a room on the top floor and got the room I requested. Room was ready by 12:30 but was busy in Boston and could not takeadvantage of the early check in. When I did arrive, it was nice to be able to walk up my room being i checked in online and used the digital key from the app. Room was perfect for night. Clean, lots of towels, and was a good place to crash. Realized my toothpaste was empty and stopped at front desk and Radha (i believe that was her name) was very helpful and accommodating. Was up bright and early and took advantage of the free breakfast. Was it the best breakfast ever, no, but it definitely was tasty and convient to fuel up for the day. Overall a great place to stay if you are in the Boston area, want to save money, and dont mind the short drive / train ride in. Checkout was a breeze using the app and overall was a great visit. Best part was found out it was located next to a Costco just next door.

    I really like staying at this hotel when I was coming into town, but sadly that was ruined because Alex a.k.a. Ruben at the front desk, lied and told the cops and his boss that I called to threaten him and have him unallied just because I wouldn’t get back together with him and so I wouldn’t be allowed at the hotel, which is absolutely false when me and Alex first started speaking he let me know how much he used to watch me which I found a little odd so if you’re a female be cautious, checking in at night I cut things off because I found out that he’s a very bad liar and I wasn’t interested and he overall wasn’t a nice person and put up a front of being this nice person when we used to talk on the phone, he would check people in and as soon as they walked away, he would say disgusting things about them or their appearance after acting so friendly and checking them in so nicely it was actually disgusting to hear and witness I do like this hotel. The staff is great but just be cautious of Alex because he might also make false allegations against you if he doesn’t want you to stay there.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Hampton Inn. When I made my reservation, the booking clearly stated that I could cancel free of charge until January 29th. I submitted my cancellation request on January 29th at 18:05 (6:05 PM), which was within the allowed cancellation window. I have screenshots confirming this. The reason for my cancellation was legitimate. I was injured in Vermont and unable to drive. I even sent Alejandro a photo of the bruise as proof, explaining why I could not safely travel. I called, I emailed, and I formally requested cancellation within the stated time frame. I did everything by the book. Despite providing clear proof and communicating multiple times, I was still charged and never refunded. It is incredibly frustrating to follow the hotel’s stated policy exactly and still be penalized. This could have been resolved easily with basic customer service and accountability, but instead I was left feeling ignored. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here. If honoring cancellation policies matters to you, I would strongly reconsider booking at this location. I will not be returning.
