    There was no hot water for the entire stay. I reported the issue on the first night and was told by the manager that the problem had been resolved, but this was not true. The day after, same story. The following day again at checkout the water was still cold. Hot water is a basic and essential amenity, and its absence for the full duration of the stay made the room not fit for normal use. In addition, the hair dryer provided in the room had a severely clogged air intake filter, which restricts airflow and presents a clear overheating and fire risk. This is a serious safety concern and reflects poor maintenance standards. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional handling of the complaint: being told the issue was fixed when it clearly was not. Despite reporting everything during the stay, the problems were never resolved and the follow-up response did not reflect the seriousness of the situation. Very disappointing experience for a Best Western Plus property.

    Room was great, the breakfasts are always great at every Best Western hotels that I have stayed at, and I was able to check-in earlier in the day which was fantastic 😀

    Pathetic experience! The staff at the check-in counter was extremely unwelcoming. The bed was in terrible condition. Both my wife and I developed back pain, and we eventually had to visit a chiropractor. The mattresses are very old, with springs completely worn out. There was no water in the shower in the morning. I called the front desk three times, and each time they showed no urgency, simply saying it was being fixed. After waiting for 3.5 hours, I had to check out without being able to shower. There was no coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. Due to the water issue, the front desk extended our checkout time to 12:30, yet staff began knocking on our door at 11:00 a.m. insisting it was checkout time, which was extremely annoying. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told she was unavailable, and the front desk staff was unapologetic about the entire situation. Overall, this was a very bad experience.
