    I keep coming back because the service is so amazing! Sam, Amani Vicki and a young man that checked me in was amazing! We came back! Just cause of the service!

    As a best western rewards member I’ll just stay in Woburn. That was absurd. Your manager literally told me that my price got changed after I made the reservation and used points. Then she told me the price changed while I was standing at the Desk. I called the 1800 number, they fixed it, then she changed her story and threw Amani under the bus. If that’s your management lacava family, I will no longer use Marlboro either. I was shocked by how the change in story so I really got thrown off track. She had me thinking I messed up. But she just literally lied to blame an employee. She said “I told you the desk messed up.” No you actually never said that. This is the Christmas Day manager not the attentive manager who always makes sure we are happy at breakfast. She doesn’t blame the guest first ever

    Pathetic experience! The staff at the check-in counter was extremely unwelcoming. The bed was in terrible condition. Both my wife and I developed back pain, and we eventually had to visit a chiropractor. The mattresses are very old, with springs completely worn out. There was no water in the shower in the morning. I called the front desk three times, and each time they showed no urgency, simply saying it was being fixed. After waiting for 3.5 hours, I had to check out without being able to shower. There was no coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. Due to the water issue, the front desk extended our checkout time to 12:30, yet staff began knocking on our door at 11:00 a.m. insisting it was checkout time, which was extremely annoying. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told she was unavailable, and the front desk staff was unapologetic about the entire situation. Overall, this was a very bad experience.

    Pool heater was not working at the time of our stay earlier this month. I explained that we traveled specifically for the pool so my son could swim for his bday. I was advised to checkout a day early, then call back to speak to the manager regarding a refund for the 2nd night (that we did not stay) and perhaps a partial refund for the first night. I have left multiple messages and no one has even bothered to call me back. Terrible customer service and no way to get a response.

    If the beds were more comfortable I’d give full stars, staff was awesome and kind, food was amazing for breakfast, and the pool was warm and fun and the rooms were great size, maybe a bigger mini fridge would be nice but otherwise very nice rooms! We stayed 3 nights and the only complaint was the beds, again very delicious breakfast!
