- QCQueen ClayNov 15, 20253.0As someone a few stays away from Diamond elite status, I've stayed in several Best Westerns all over the states and for this to be in the area where it is, I expected more. (1) Deep clean the entire hotel, the walls, the carpets, pull the beds from against the wall and vacuum and dust, the corners, in front of the elevators on the floors. I've seen housekeeping staff standing around or sitting on the trolly when they could be deep cleaning a room. In all sincerely the hotel should pick two rooms a day on each floor to deep clean, including the hallway and public spaces. (2) The pool is not heated as advertised and the water is freezing. Either invest in a heater for the pool or take it out of the description. (3) Renovation is needed - painting, stained carpets need cleaning or replacing, just general up keep looks down. Leaving a long review because I expected more.

On site full menu restaurant convenient but a bit pricey (not run by Best Western) Buffet breakfast included & standard for 3 star hotel Tasty coffee options available 24/7. Comfortable beds. Internet worked well in room less so in lobby etc. Would stay again, good location .
- WWWNov 4, 20253.0Nice location. Room 402 was fine except for the shower not working in the morning....and the phone button that said "front desk" sent the call to my room's voicemail. I went downstairs and showed the video of the shower valve not working to the staff...hmmm, they said, but offered no solution until I said, "I need to take a shower before my meeting. Please get me into another room so I can do that...which he did...That I needed to ask...you decide...when I responded to the unsolicited text from whomever sends those, asking about my stay...their response was, we'll try to get it done better next time. Not my idea of good management practices.
