My girlfriend’s side wasn’t as bad but still not good. I told them and they said sorry you booked through a third party you need to contact them. Maybe that’s why I got that room because I didn’t book through them so they gave me the worst room they had.

Don't use it. The general manager, Melissa Luukko, might charge you to let you out. Be prepared to waste your time running down amenities. Skip the breakfast. You might vomit, like I did. In fact, go to the Public House, right down the road. It costs less and is much nicer. P.S. Melissa Luukko, the general manager, is whining that my review is not current. Melissa, My review is within three months, so it's current. And, Melissa, if management hasn't changed, then nothing has changed. You are still there, responding to all the complaints. Get a toaster that TOASTS the bread, not just warms it. Have you fixed the pool?

I never in my life thought I would see what appears to be blood on the sheets when I pulled down the blanket. And housekeeping was very calm and unsurprised about it when I asked for sheets to be changed. Black mold or just plain filth in the bathroom. The floor was very slippery by the entrance area and I feel and injured my arm. Towels smelled so bad. I don’t think they bleach or sanitize towels. In fact they smell like they wash them with their filthy cleaning towels. Breakfast area was stocked and nice and clean until my last day there (a Monday). They must have been short staffed. Staff was just ok. Nobody seemed to smile or appeared happy. Hospitality should include smiling. The area is easily accessible to major highway. There’s a Holiday Inn in Auburn 20 minutes away. I should have stayed there.
