Checked in on the Cape while visiting family using the American Express travel system. Very friendly check in and nice room with an ocean view. This was their soft start to the season but their staff was already on point and ready for the season. The continental breakfast had nice hot coffee, a selection of teas and a number of items including yogurts, danish, toast and pressed juices to pick from. The bar was open in the evening with snacks, a wonderful engaging bar tender and nice selection of drinks to choose from. Enjoyed walking on the beach, their heated indoor and outdoor pool and well groomed exterior with many budding flowers and trees. Very relaxing stay.
We just got back from an off-season weekend trip to Cape Cod. Even though they had just opened for the season and not all of the amenities were up and running, we were blown away by the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. They really went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay, with a very generous welcome gift basket and little unexpected treats left in our room. It was especially nice considering it wasn’t really beach weather yet. We had a very comfortable ocean front room and we can only imagine how great it would be to stay here in the summertime. Hopefully, we can come back again when it is warmer and find out.

Wonderful visit to Cape Cod and Red Jacket Resort! We were brought to our room by a nice guy on a golf cart, greeted by the ocean in our amazing room (238) and had a couple plates of snacks waiting for us. Everyone there was nice and helpful from the lady who made us tea in the bar and Patrick who threw our kids a couple tosses with the football. Their kitchen was open yet but they more than made up for it with snacks and gift cards. Highly recommended!!

Kindest and most accommodating staff we have ever experienced, they made us feel truly relaxed! The Red Jacket is located in a perfect location! It is so nice to park your car (not look for a spot), get settled into your room and walk to the beach. A lot of additional activities pickle ball, pools, ping pong! Close to mini golf, restaurants, pirate museum, if you forget something Hyannis shops are about 15 minutes away. The only negative is you can easily hear those around you in your room, especially in the halls, outside, and walking above you.

Claims to be a dog friendly hotel all over but is actually only dog friendly in one 3 bedroom cottage. Very misleading and ruined our plans.
