  Would not recommend you stay here. Hotel mgmt and staff had no idea what they were doing and it showed. They seemed confused on how to check me in and it took a long time for the room to get ready. Customers staying at the hotel also were getting upset about the wait and took it out on me as I went back to check the room’s status - really rude and and accusing. The WiFi also went down a day into my trip and I was unable to complete any business work. Staff showed no willingness for any kind of refund.

  Had a great 4 night stay here, would definitely recommend. Shout out to Taj & Lisa at the front desk and Jean at the delicious breakfast buffet. Very friendly housekeeping staff as well! The only negative was the bartender at the restaurant for dinner - our experience with her was so insanely bad that it was almost comical.

  Rooms were great but the actual condition of the pool area was extremely disappointing. The hygiene levels are concerning—specifically, the ceiling vents are caked with thick dust, and the lounge cushions are heavily stained and soiled. The flooring is also in disrepair, with visible holes and worn-out patches. It feels like the area hasn't had a deep clean or proper maintenance in a long time. Pool had lots of grime around the edges. Pool area was very cold almost freezing along with the pool water. Very rude lady at the bar not pleasant at all. This place use to be nice years ago but they let it fell apart.

  The overall stay at the hotel was excellent, however my experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. When I arrived, there was no host present and only one couple seated at the bar. My son and I waited over 10 minutes, so I went to the front desk to ask if someone wll be at the restaurant and if it was still open. The staff member there was very kind and said she would look into it. After I returned to my table, a restaurant bartender came over in a very confrontational and unprofessional manner, questioning why I had gone to the front desk and expressing frustration about being alone. I explained that I was simply trying to get assistance, but the interaction continued in a negative tone. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable dining there, so we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself was great, but this experience at the restaurant did not match the level of service expected.

  This IHG site is a great choice for the Boston area. Its a short drive to downtown activities and there are plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. The hotel was clean and easy to access. Plenty of on-site parking. (Paid parking) Check-in was quick and easy. The staff at the reception desk were pleasant and helpful. The room was quite nice. All the room amenities worked well (AC, bath fixtures, etc) The bed was incredibly comfy! This room had one of the best roll-in showers I have experienced in any of the IHG sites. The breakfast offering was the standard Holiday Inn breakfast. The buffet was well stocked and the staff was very attentive. Breakfast was not included in my room ($14.98/person). I recommend this site. It is a good value and a very pleasant experience.
