  We had a perfect stay here for our family of four. Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff, and good breakfast and amenities.

  My husband and I stayed at this Best Western on our weekend outing and we really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean, smelled great although hotel may look old the rooms were fresh, we had a small issue with a microwave and within 10 mins the general manager drew had brought us a brand new one and some waters, the hospitality was more than a Best Western, highly recommend this place!

  Terrible experience. Our stay was from Thursday to Sunday, but we decided to leave on Saturday and forfeit the last night, which had already been paid, because the hotel conditions were unacceptable. On our second day, Friday morning, when we tried to take a shower, the water was completely BLACK, absolutely disgusting. I went to the front desk and was told that the issue was affecting the entire city due to some work being done on the water supply system. Later that same day, our bathroom started leaking from the ceiling, the same filthy water. I went back to the front desk, and the employee made no effort to help or improve our experience. She said the only thing she could do was call the manager. We were unable to shower that day. On the third day of our stay, in the afternoon, the manager came to our room to check the leak. Again, at no point were we offered a room change or any real solution. The manager simply said she would contact someone to take a look. By Saturday evening, we decided to leave, even though our stay was paid through Sunday. When we went to check out, the same employee from the previous day didn’t even look at us, she just took the keys and said we were good to go. Overall, the experience was terrible.

  There was a mouse in the hotel room, I was so scared. I will never stay at this hotel again.

  Its really a shame that you guys DRASTICALLY beat ppl in the head during events like upcoming concerts. To charge $1000+ a night when your prices seem to usually be in the 100s , really shouldn't be aloud.
