Second I was owe a refund for a whole night & was given the run around & Sam the “manager” said I’m not getting it!?! not to mention they also kept my $100 hold & made up a lie on why they did! This is consider theft & not professionalism at all. The Managers there Sam & Bob are not professional & are thief’s & liars! Stay away & save your money from this location and go somewhere else.

Pleasantly impressed with the clean state of this hotel!!! The common areas and the rooms are very clean. I will definitely stay here whenever I come back to this area!!! Thank you to the staff!!!!

I've stayed at other places in the area and this was above and beyond better than anywhere else in the area. staff was absolutely great. they had plows and a snowblower ready. staff working all night clearing. the hotel was amazing very clean and quiet. there was a family in the room next to mine and I couldn't hear them at all in my room. breakfast in the mornings was fantastic and they left it open late which i loved cuz I like sleeping in a little.
