- SESamantha EyeFeb 23, 20264.0We had lots of fun in Salem and the hotel was in the perfect location. Everything was within walking distance, museums, restaurants and shops were very close. The hotel didn’t have free parking. They charged $30 just to park there which was high compared to other parking garages in the area. The room was clean and spacious but the bed was very firm. Breakfast was delicious and the woman running it was very friendly and helpful. The pool ran out of towels and when we told the front desk they said “the guy who does the towels went home for the day” and they didn’t know where they were which was kinda crazy to me.

Being a pet friendly hotel means you might not want to take your shoes off inside the room because they don’t provide slippers. Shower head was small with little pressure, no toiletries, cheap blankets and we skipped breakfast both days so not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend getting a room facing the street because you will hear all the traffic. Staff were super friendly I would say, even checking in late was a breeze. Overall paid around $430 for 2 nights so this review reflects that.
