- ESEmma SheetsNov 12, 20255.0Very clean and modern hotel that is central to everything in downtown Salem. Even though it’s so close to downtown it’s surprisingly very quiet. Amazing staff, especially the housekeeping department who do an excellent job! I mistakenly left behind a very important item and didn’t realize until I was already states away. The housekeeping staff found it immediately before I could even contact them. Andrew, the manager of housekeeping, went above and beyond to get it shipped out to me the same day! Their thoroughness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend as the best hotel in the area!

The breakfast is delicious, it even has square bagels and pumpkin spice waffles!!! But besides the incredible food, the staff made everything even more special! Everyone was so nice! Maria was always attentive and checked if everything was okay during our breakfast Ana was really helpful to us when we needed something for our room I definitely recommend, great experience!

Incredible price & So close to everything in Salem, in fact we parked our car at the hotel (valet/ covered and easily accessible) and walked the entire trip! I used the gym daily and honestly I’m impressed with the free weight selection and amount of equipment- some places are basically an empty room! Breakfast each day was honestly delicious I’m STILL talking about that western omelet hahaha our room was beautiful, cozy and had in incredible view of a mural on the neighboring building and we would Rand out day with a swim in the heated salt water pool. AND PET FRIENDLY! (We didn’t have our dogs this time but it’s nice to know for the future!) highly recommend!

Close to everything, only about a 5 to 10min walk to the attractions. But the best thing was the breakfast....spacious, updated room with a good selection. My boyfriend and I were on the second part of our vacation and we had just left another Hampton Inn....this Hampton blew the other one away...hands down a better experience. My only complaint is small but, there was no safe in the room, that's it. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend
