After ceremony and fun arrived at 12:30 with no one on staff and the Hilton app telling me wee canceled(on the phone earlier said we were all set). Recommend to not book a wedding party or any important event for your guests here. One the worst experiences I’ve had thanks Hilton

I was traveling for business and there was one individual at the front desk who claimed our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived far after check in time. When they changed shifts, the gentleman after him finally got us our rooms. Another traveler in the lobby said that’s always how it is here. The website also states that free breakfast is offered but that’s not the case. The rooms are also quite old and outdated, but I’ve seen worse. There’s no mini fridge or microwave either. I would not return here.
