We've stayed here at Christmas for the last 5 years and were very pleased that the rooms and hallways seemed to have been updated, the room was clean and spacious and the staff and service were more than attentive. Our three day stay was very cimfortable.

Was in town for a wedding at 2:30 check in was 3. Called and emailed about checking in before(hotel wasn’t able to accommodate). After ceremony and fun arrived at 12:30 with no one on staff and the Hilton app telling me wee canceled(on the phone earlier said we were all set). Recommend to not book a wedding party or any important event for your guests here. One the worst experiences I’ve had thanks Hilton

This hotel and the experience leave a lot to be desired. I was traveling for business and there was one individual at the front desk who claimed our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived far after check in time. When they changed shifts, the gentleman after him finally got us our rooms. Another traveler in the lobby said that’s always how it is here. The website also states that free breakfast is offered but that’s not the case. The rooms are also quite old and outdated, but I’ve seen worse. There’s no mini fridge or microwave either. I would not return here.
