This hotel and the experience leave a lot to be desired. I was traveling for business and there was one individual at the front desk who claimed our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived far after check in time. When they changed shifts, the gentleman after him finally got us our rooms. Another traveler in the lobby said that’s always how it is here. The website also states that free breakfast is offered but that’s not the case. The rooms are also quite old and outdated, but I’ve seen worse. There’s no mini fridge or microwave either. I would not return here.

Extremely disappointed with our experience here. We came for a wedding and the couple getting married reserved a block of rooms. Not only was everyone spread throughout the hotel nowhere near each other on all different floors when people showed up rooms weren't even ready. People traveled there and needed to get ready for the wedding that evening and had to use other people's rooms to get ready on time. Personally for us two couples had to come to our room to get ready. People needed to shower and the ladies needed to do hair and makeup. One bathroom for 6 people to get ready. The front desk employees were nice the entire stay but the attitude towards the rooms not being ready was oh well nothing we can do. The two couples came to our room with everything they brought and decided to make the best of it and at least enjoy the famous double tree cookie which 3 of the 4 cookies were either stale or old. It was disappoint and aggravation with everything. The day we arrived we got to our room and there was literally one towel just one. My wife had to search for a cleaning person to get more towels. She was given one then told they would bring more which never happened. The following day she had to search for a cleaning person again so the worker was inside the room and instead of bothering to ask this time she just grabbed several towels from the push cart. There was also one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom just one and again my wife had to search for more just like with the towels. I don't typically write reviews but the frustration and disappointment with this hotel i feel I have no option but to let others know. For the prices we paid there are less expensive hotels with better service and they typically come with a complimentary breakfast but not here. There wasn't much difference than being at home we had to do everything ourselves plus host others in our room.
