- WPWayne PalmatierFeb 12, 20264.0I was passing through on a work trip. Beatriz was absolutely wonderful when she checked me in. We chatted a little and she helped me practice my Español. She felt like the Tia that I never had. The room was clean, shower hot, and bed comfortable.
- TMtaylor millarFeb 10, 20261.0Since no one on Expedia wanted to assist me and the hotel basically called me a LIAR….. I’ll share my experience here. I’ll start with this, the main stairs to access the room were blocked off with caution tape for water damage. Ok fine, it happens. We are told where our room is. Drive to the back of building, middle door, go upstairs take a left and we are the 3rd door from the end. Right across from our room is a very large window in the corner. For some added details, this hall is FREEZING! The carpet in front of our door is SOAKED and the windowsill, ceiling and glass are all covered in water and ice. But according to the hotel staff member that was spoken to I WAS LYING. Obviously not! I even took a video as proof. But HAHA there is no way to upload that on any contact channel!! Moving on… Inside the room we were met with wires all over the floor, a toilet that gurgled and flushed on its own and a mini fridge that was stroking out every 15 mins. The lamp/outlet was rusty and the clock on the side table was not working. Soooo, as any person would I have decided to seek a refund for this stay. Unfortunately for all parties I was accused/assumed to be a lier so here were are. Here’s my proof and a little screen shot of the lovely customer service person for not helping at all.
