    We intentionally sought out a Staybridge because of our last visit to Boston. This one in particular has beds harder than our personal liking, but the worst thing is... there was a party directly above us with loud music, talking and a lot of stomping around from 2:30a and it didn't stop. We reported the incident three times with that period and we were told by the front desk each time that they would be told to leave. Now it is 7a and I can still hear them. Nothing can be done now. We enjoyed the gym yesterday, but if you want some sleep at night and a service that doesn't repeatedly lie to you, I would strongly recommend a different hotel. We won't be returning to this one.

    The hotel itself is attractive, with clean, spacious rooms and a good breakfast. Unfortunately, service fell well below expectations. Check-in lacked basic courtesy or IHG member recognition, the shower had inadequate hot water and pressure, and concerns were brushed off. The lighting in the room was poor. Nice large window though. A 1PM late checkout was confirmed by the front desk, yet housekeeping knocked at 11:15am while I was in a meeting. The location also lacked Costa Coffee machines, which many IHG properties now offer. $30/night parking fee.

    Another great well maintained Staybridge location. I love the staybridge series of hotels because I know what to expect and the rooms are usually spacious and clean. My only complaint is I had to pay $30 for parking! The breakfast options were great tho!

    I really liked this hotel. The rooms were clean and the decor was modern. The lounge/restaurant/bar downstairs was a great space with a fireplace and plenty of seating. The fitness center was the best one I've been to in a hotel lately - very clean and spacious, with earbuds and waters available. The front desk person was extremely friendly and helpful.
