- JRJana R1 day ago4.0The good news about this hotel is that its facilities are very updated and the rooms are spacious. The rooms manage to be quiet even though it is only a few miles from the airport. And it's only a 7-minute walk from the Beachmont T station. The shuttle bus situation was a disaster. I waited for nearly an hour total at the airport after calling the front desk and being told where to wait for the hotel shuttle (door 105 for American Airlines). I called again after I'd been there for half an hour, and the front desk person contacted the shuttle driver, who apparently said they were just dropping people off and would be by to pick me up momentarily. They never arrived. Finally, after another 20 minutes or so, exhausted and hungry, I paid $27 for a taxi.

Leider gab es dennoch ein paar Defizite: - Das Zimmer mit 2 Queens ist sehr klein und man kann kaum die Koffer öffnen. - Das Bett auf Fensterseite steht im kräftigen Wind der Klimaanlage, was das Schlafen ziemlich unangenehm macht. Wegen des Straßenlärms lässt sich nicht alternativ bei offenem Fenster schlafen. - Die Tür zum Bad ließ sich nur mit Gewalt schließen. - Die Dusche ist eine Geduldsprobe. - Der Müll wurde nicht geleert.
