Customer service was superb, room was clean, bathroom supplies well stocked, not the easiest location to get in and out of and be aware, there is a $30.00 parking fee.

Extremely poor late-night check-in experience
I arrived at the hotel around 3:00 AM on December 22. The main door was locked and required a key, but there was no one at the front desk. I pressed the call button multiple times and received no response.
I waited outside in the cold for about 20 minutes before a cleaning staff member happened to arrive and let me in. Even after entering, I had to wait another 20 minutes while she went to find the front desk staff.
When the front desk employee finally appeared, there was no apology, and she acted as if this situation was normal. As a guest arriving late at night, this experience felt unsafe and extremely frustrating. If the cleaning staff had not shown up, I genuinely don’t know how I would have entered the hotel.
Spending over 30 minutes trying to check in at 3 AM after a long day is unacceptable. The hotel seriously needs to ensure proper overnight front desk coverage and better late-night guest support.
