  The shuttle driver accidentally gave my suitcase to another passenger. The hotel has done virtually nothing to help the situation. My car keys are in the suitcase. The hotel would not pay for a locksmith or an Uber ride home. Lucky I had keys Express mail and the hotel refused to pay for the mail costs. Desiree is the manager. She gave no concessions. No $ returned from the stay and no offer for a locksmith or Uber ride. Careful at this place. If your bag is misplaced be ready for a terrible experience trying to retrieve the bag.

  Stayed for two nights. Staff were nice and the room was comfortable, clean and the whole building was and looked new. Shuttle driver was kind and friendly. Breakfast was included and there were a decent amount of food options. T station 5 minutes walk from the hotel building.

  This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and this is the best experience we have had. Michelle at the bar was the absolute highlight of our stay. So personable and made our stay extra special. Oscar at the front desk was amazing and my check in was seamless and friendly. The most genuine experience checking into a hotel. He was concerned about the fact we lost power and heat. Thanks to these two my stay here was phenomenal.

  Holiday in record is always good. This is great if you have an early flight. Has a shuttle, close to airport, free breakfast.
