    Very modern and clean feel, smaller rooms but it was no big deal, breakfast was pretty good, plenty of options. Staff were ok. Our keycards stopped working on the 2nd day, had to get new ones. Liked the walk-in showers, but the outlets were very loose, at least in our room, so we had problems with charging our devices (plug wouldn't stay in, USBs would stop charging all of a sudden and had to adjust them, some of the outlets didn't work). Would recommend if you are only staying in the area for a day or two and arriving or departing from BOS since it is close to the airport and convenient location.

    We stayed overnight on 1/4 due to a JetBlue flight disruption. Overall, the stay was decent. However, during checkout on 1/5, the front desk attendant was not attentive, as she was on her cell phone on speaker discussing a personal conversation about her dating standards instead of assisting guests. We were also waiting for the shuttle, which she stated we had misused; however, as soon as I requested an Uber, the shuttle arrived.

    Avoid this place at all costs. I stayed here on December 6th. They put a $100 hold on my card, and claim they released it as soon as I checked out(which was the same day December 6th). That hold is still on my card as of Jan 4 2026. I have contacted the hotel, and they state they released the funds, which my bank state they have not. I am inclined to believe my bank. The employees at the front desk always tell me a manager is not available. I have contacted my bank who says Avid would need to fax a statement allowing my bank to release the funds, which avid has REFUSED TO DO. I called corporate and the manager has still not contacted me. I have never experienced anything like this. I am at my wits end, and at an impasse. I don’t know what steps to take next. EDIT: they claim they have reached out to me, yet I can search my emails and prove they never have. Also, I do not use cashapp. I used TDBank. Just now, on Jan 6, the $100 pending charge has finally dropped as it’s been 30 days since it’s been placed. I would never stay here again. This place is a mess!

    My flight was delayed, and the airline offered rooms before the hotel’s check-in, even though they were sold out. Bruna and Kat B were able to get me a room because of a no-show. I appreciate their attentiveness and help during this stressful time.

    The room was absolutely tiny but it was spotless and the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet and the shower water was nice and hot. I really appreciated that. The room was quiet so my sleep was not interrupted even though the hotel is directly on the highway. The hotel is easy to find using Google maps. The hotel also has an airport shuttle that was comfortable and ran frequently. If you're flying into Logan, you simply call them and they tell you where in your terminal to go to and the van will pick you up as soon as it can. Sometimes it takes a while because of the traffic conditions. You cannot ask for better check-in staff. They are friendly and efficient. For an economy hotel, the morning free breakfast was actually pretty good.
