Once I reached the lobby, I approached Nick and Jaden at the front desk and requested a room change. They promptly arranged for this and ensured that the individual left the premises. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service and genuine concern for my well-being. - RBRyan BredesonApr 4, 20264.0The only downside to our stay may have to do with the fact the rooms do not have carpet. We could hear the people above us walk/stomping around all night. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and location is great if you have a early or late arrival to Boston.

They only offer extended parking if you book directly through them. Expedia is not transparent about this. I needed extended parking so had to find a different hotel. They refused to refund. Bait and switch. EDIT 3/9. No refund yet. Expedia says you refused refund.
