    Nice place to stay away from the city, especially when youre from out of town. Friendly staff, thats is willing to help no matter the time. Felt secure while staying there. Recommend to those that want a reasonable price and cozy stay.

    I was recently there with my family. We checked in and went to look at the room. The room was fine but there was rat poop on the couch. We left to go out and told 2 staff about it. They confirmed my number and said was going to contact me when I asked if we can be upgraded or change the room. We came back in after 2 am and nothing was done. Nothing was entered into the computer. At 2 am when I told another staff, he then entered it into the computer and was going to then check if any room was available. Mind you I was there with my family which includes a toddler and a senior citizen. At 2 am wanted me to wait to check if a room is available when we are tired and traveled out of state for an event. We were told that they would get us a regular room. Mind you we booked a suite. We decided to keep the room. The next day cleaning services cleaned the room. I spoked to 4 different individuals about the situation. I was told by one of the manager that maybe I can get a credit. Nothing. Also, I was told that His boss will call me and no one has. It’s been 2 weeks. I was told because it was booked via Expedia, a third party nothing can be done. I called Expedia and the property manager said I cannot get none refund because I do not have proof of it. None accommodations. When Expedia called nothing was entered into the computer. When I told the two staff about it I tired to explain that I have a toddler that she will touch everything and put her hands in her mouth. It’s crazy that there was rat poop on the couch when I was contacted earlier in the day to confirm what time I should be there. Where was I supposed to go at 2 am with a toddler and a senior citizen. I booked the hotel in advance. The reviews were good. I didn’t expect to find rat poop. Why would I need to lie. The staff wasn’t even surprised. I was told it was field mice that was on the first floor. The person couldn’t understand how it would be on the 3rd floor. The floor we was on. Never going back there again.

    Was very disappointed with the service during our stay. Myself and my family stayed at the hotel, during are stay it was very busy, there was a large group of kids that also were staying there. During the breakfast time meal , it was very busy, they only had one lady working in the breakfast area. It was hard for her to keep up with how many people were there, must have been over 50 people. They kept running out of food , the coffee machines wasn’t working or the pancake machine. I asked her why there was no one else helping her, but she just said I don’t know. I asked to speak to the manager but the front desk said there was no manager on duty or supervisor available. The bathroom were also dirty, only one person working in the kitchen area is unacceptable. You pay good money to stay there and are expected to be out early, but you can’t even get to eat the breakfast because everything is braking down and only one person there to do everything. Not blaming the poor lady that was working there, she did the best that she could, but they need to put more people to work in the kitchen. Everyone was just sitting around doing nothing, even the rooms were not cleaned properly. There should always be a supervisor or manager on duty, unacceptable.

    Second time choosing to stay here while planning to visit Boston. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful! Our room was clean and pool area was well kept as well. If we come back to the area again, we will definitely be staying here! Don't sleep too late, definitely stay to enjoy their breakfast too! Lots to choose from and throughout the entire breakfast time, they refresh the food so there is plenty for everyone.
