  Absolutely loved my stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to come back!

  I can’t thank the hotel team enough for their exceptional service. I especially want to recognize both Travis’s at the front desk—they are both incredibly kind. One in particular, Travis, I truly hope this does not go unnoticed. Simply put, thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and proactive help throughout my stay. Your humble and caring nature made my life feel at ease during a time when that meant so much. Tina in housekeeping is equally phenomenal—her dedication, hard work, and attention to detail truly speak volumes. I also want to highlight Lebaron and Christian. I deeply appreciate your kind hearts and your attention to detail. McKenna, who is doing a wonderful job while training and just recently started from my understanding, is also doing an excellent job. Each of you brings such a high standard of care, warmth, and professionalism that made my stay feel comfortable and welcoming. I also want to sincerely acknowledge the team members whose names I may not know, but who work tirelessly behind the scenes to hold this place together every day. Your hard work, consistency, and care do not go unnoticed, and you are just as appreciated for everything you do. Thank you all so much for making my stay truly outstanding!

  Conveniently located near the T and clean. Service is good and the employees are helpful. Unfortunately, this is a very noisy hotel. Voices are muffled, but the doors shut very loudly and the floors vibrate very easily. We had teens above us and it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. We were able to get moved on the 3rd day and I was hoping for a good night's sleep, but it is now after 11pm and I can still hear the very loud banging of doors closing and people moving around. Continental breakfast is hit or miss. On scrambled egg days, the eggs are soupy and wet. Not sure what the shower stalls are made of, but both rooms had structural damage to the shower. In our first room it looked like someone fell into the wall. The crack spanned the entire width and they attempted to seal it. The review would have been better if I had been able to actually sleep, but I'm more critical when I am tired.

  Clean room. Clean and comfortable bathroom with enough supplies and towels. Loved the interior decor of the lobby area with a nice gas fireplace and book shelves on the wall making the space look like someone's residence. Staff were friendly. Included breakfast was nice. Taking public transit from here to downtown Boston was easy. Red-Line subway train station within 5 minutes walk.

  I hardly ever write reviews but my family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We received exceptional service from Travis at the front desk. He checked us in quickly, and met our every need or request with kindness and support. It really made our stay one of the best we have ever had at a hotel. The location was perfect to take the T into Boston and the breakfast was delicious and the lobby so clean and professional looking. Definitely will want to stay here again when returning to Boston.
