    The blizzard of 2026 forced us to find 2 last-minute pet friendly rooms. The rooms were perfect, the staff from the front desk to the cleaning team were top notch, friendly, and helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

    I canceled a reservation that was supposed to be for feb 13-15 a few weeks ago because unfortunately my mother passed away. They tried tried charging my card last night but due to the funeral expenses and caring for her grandchildren children that should had guardianship of it was declined. I contact a live agent and they said since the reservation was an advance pre paid rate that it’s non refundable. They also told me to contact the hotel, I tried the email which the email address was not found. So I called the hotel and the lady tried transferring me to the manager but they hung up on me instead.

    Do not reserve a room at this hotel. I sat in the lobby last night with 2 kids and there was no one at the front desk for over 2 hours. Hotel is refusing to cancel and refund. They don’t care about their customers. If you don’t want to lose your money, DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM HERE!!!
