  Jeanaida, Travis and Christian are the best! They were so helpful during my stay here. I highly recommend this hotel!! Right by the train.

  Gute Lage, Zimmer okay – Frühstück ausbaufähig Ich war für 14 Tage beruflich im Staybridge Hotel in Boston untergebracht. Die Lage ist hervorragend – nur ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn, was für die Mobilität in der Stadt sehr praktisch ist. Das Zimmer entsprach meinen Erwartungen und war für meinen Zweck absolut ausreichend. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Frühstück hat meinen persönlichen Geschmack nicht ganz getroffen. Hier gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Insgesamt aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, vor allem wegen der guten Lage und der zweckmäßigen Ausstattung.   Travis and Theo is amazing at the front desk. Always always give a pleasant happy inviting energy as soon as you walk through the doors. They are amzing with the guest and the needs of the guest. Providing amazing services. Alsmost makes you feel like family and a home away from home. Thanks you two. Dwayne Anderson is an awesome food and service provider. He pays attention to details and the need of the guest. Always hot fresh food with amazing coffee. Keeping the everything clean and neat. With his smile, he brightens my day every time I'm in the food area. Making the breakfast experience a wonderful one. Thank you Dwayne 😊

  Stayed for four nights with my wife and really enjoyed our stay. For us the location was excellent as we used the metro each day to travel to and from Boston. The hotel is a 2 minute walk away and there’s also a Target and fast food outlets. The hotel itself feels pretty new, the rooms comfortable and furnished with everything you need. The bathroom and shower are excellent and well set out. The only issue we encountered with the room was not being able to cast to the tv but for us this is not significant. The breakfast was good but could get busy but this only demonstrates the hotels popularity. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends.

  Only good thing was it is close to the train. We checked in and 2 days later our toilet started backing up into the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and shower and it smelled terrible. We asked them to look at it on the way out in the morning and nothing was done. At 9:30pm we came back and it wasn’t dealt with. They moved us rooms and the room they moved us to was dirty and smelled of smoke. So they moved us again. This room was ok, except for the coffee maker wasn’t working, dirty bathroom sink area and mirror, and the black mould in the shower. As we were packing to leave on the last night we were finding other people’s stuff under the side tables and on the bed patform near the head board. Staff use the laundry room to wash towels and leave them in in the dryer and washer for days. The laundry room is so dirty its gross. Finally if you ask for something like extra towels at the front desk it will not get done until you ask again then the houseman will bring wet unfolded towels. DONT STAY HERE
