I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. I was yelled at and stared down by a housekeeping staff member when I tried to use the guest laundry. She told me the machine was leaking and out of order, yet she was actively washing dirty towels in both the washer and dryer while I waited. When I asked whether housekeeping had a separate laundry machine, she said they only have one and are instructed to use the guest machines, while giving me a very rude attitude. If the machine is “broken,” it makes no sense that staff are using it while guests are denied access.
Beyond that incident, the overall condition of the hotel was poor. There was constant wind noise from outside, cracking sounds when walking around the room, and the soundproofing between rooms were terrible.
I didn’t expect luxury, but basic courtesy and customer service should be standard. I would not consider staying here again, even as a last-minute option, and would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

It’s 12/26 and as of now my room has not been cleaned in 4 days. This is insanity. We told them twice in two days for room cleaning and they simply refuse to do it. Note that rooms are only cleaned on every 3rd day unless you ask which is wild to me. So we asked to have the room cleaned four days ago and they said they would do it and here we are 4 days later. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Considering there is a severe flu outbreak in the area this is bordering on almost being a health hazard.
