  Would NEVER stay there again! Me and my family stayed there and they were doing loud renovations at 730-8 pm at night during the school/work week!!!not only thank the first thing I saw upon entering my room was that there were ROACH TRAPS down 🤮🤢! You also had to pay 10 dollars to park even handicapped parking had to pay. Im not sure why they have this policy as this isn't a 5 star hotel. They also have more then the small parking lot out front they have a huge one out back. Living in Quincy growing up and now the shore shore as a adult I always wondered what it looked like in there and that it must be fancy not no more! I believe we even had a "renovated room" was NOT impressed and will NEVER be back! I also asked for a cot but there wasn't even barely room for us to walk around! The room was TINY for the price and the nerve to ask for money to park NOT worth it!!!!!!!! If you want your money's worth and nice big room that family friendly and your kids have actual space to run around and accommodate everyone go to howard johnson up the street way more worth it!

  Worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. There was construction in the rooms surrounding, and my room smelled like either raw sewage or chemicals. I had to just walk out and leave early before I got sick. The front desk barely even looked at me when I told them what was going on. What a dump!!!!

  The staff at this location are wonderful, they know what they're doing and mean what they say. Night audit guy (so sorry Im really bad with names) and the young ladies that work in the mornings, You can tell that this hotel are customer service focused and that's a great thing to see. Now the rooms on the other hand could've been a hell of a lot better had to switch rooms a few times and, didn't have hot water. But like I said stuff there are very acommindating. And I loved the breakfast in the mornings

  This was my first time here, and it will also be my last. Aside from the clean room and the comfortable mattress, the rest is not worth the price paid. I would have paid less at a small motel and actually managed to get some sleep. The heating system is very noisy, and the walls are not soundproof. You can hear people walking and talking in the hallway as if they were inside the room. The bed frame is extremely noisy and has loose metal panels. If you are planning a romantic night or weekend, forget about privacy. I did not try the breakfast because I woke up at 10 a.m., as I was too exhausted to get up earlier. They are also doing renovations. Hammering and power tools started at 7:45 a.m. on a Saturday. This is a lack of respect for guests, especially when you are paying $150 or more per night.
