Night audit guy (so sorry Im really bad with names) and the young ladies that work in the mornings, You can tell that this hotel are customer service focused and that's a great thing to see. Now the rooms on the other hand could've been a hell of a lot better had to switch rooms a few times and, didn't have hot water. But like I said stuff there are very acommindating. And I loved the breakfast in the mornings
- MPMartin PratteDec 27, 20251.0This was my first time here, and it will also be my last. Aside from the clean room and the comfortable mattress, the rest is not worth the price paid. I would have paid less at a small motel and actually managed to get some sleep. The heating system is very noisy, and the walls are not soundproof. You can hear people walking and talking in the hallway as if they were inside the room. The bed frame is extremely noisy and has loose metal panels. If you are planning a romantic night or weekend, forget about privacy. I did not try the breakfast because I woke up at 10 a.m., as I was too exhausted to get up earlier. They are also doing renovations. Hammering and power tools started at 7:45 a.m. on a Saturday. This is a lack of respect for guests, especially when you are paying $150 or more per night.
