In fact gave me attitude. The tub doesn’t work. There was some type of crack with a huge hole inside the shower that air was coming from. I was woken up at 4:30 in the morning by the people next-door yelling the beds Creek every time you move and the TV didn’t work.

Had a mouse in my room and I was still charged half the price when I should have been compensated. Had to move to a new room at 4 am. The staff was not apologetic at all. Alot of noise from other guests in the hallway and next door.

On our last night, we were woken to the noise of a mouse in our room. I had seen the reviews that suggested this was an issue previously but mainly on the ground floor. We were on the 2nd floor. It did take the shine off an otherwise good experience. We reported the issue when we checked out. We were disappointed in the way that the receptionist responded - basically wasnt really interested or grateful that we had shared the information with her. It came across that she had been told of this issue before. The more we think of it, the more we feel disappointed as it was quite expensive and I had very little sleep on our last night trying to get rid of a mouse from our room!
