  If there were an option to give 10 out of 10 stars, I would! I had to stay here recently for a few weeks due to home renovations. Everyone from the management, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant are exceptional people! Hospitality is absolutely their calling. From the minute I walked in, I literally felt right at home and was treated like family. Every single request was granted. Every need was anticipated and fulfilled. I never felt that I was treated as just a number, I felt personally connected with each representative of The Best Western Adams Inn in Quincy, MA. Vicki, Angela, Sy, Jason, Dante, Elsie and everyone else that allowed me such a pleasurable experience, YOU all are the BEST! THANK YOU! Juliann 🤍

  The worse part of our service was the front desk at both check in and check out. The restaurant staff for supper and breakfast were amazing. The building is very well kept. The chairs in the lobby are not very good for people with mobility issues and they were so low to the floor if I sat in one I definitely would have had to have my son pick me up out of it. I asked the gal at the desk to please get me a table chair so I could wait for my son to pack the vehicle and bring it to the front door and she brought it but with a silent attitude. We ended up only needing one night instead of the two we thought we were going to need and I told the gal at the desk and she said to contact someone and when I asked her to write it down or circle the information and she had no desire or intention of of helping me locate the information and I never did get my unused night reimbursed. My son enjoyed the in room morning coffee and since I had a medical procedure scheduled I didn't think I could get breakfast and the woman in the breakfast area put together a to go box for later and added a couple more items for my son. Supper and breakfast were delicious 😋 I probably wouldn't go back, even with all the pluses because of the gal at the front desk being so difficult to get some help from. It's a really well kept place and all the other staff were amazing. I've got some pretty steep money things coming up because of recently being diagnosed with at least one cancer and possibly another. We'll be needing to spend time in Boston close to the hospital for care and treatment, so I guess I'm back on track trying to find a different place to stay. Thank you, I suggest that you give it a try because it could be walking right where you need. The tv channels sucked, there was nothing available to watch. This was for convenience of getting to an early doctor appointment at Boston Medical Center.

  Receptionist very nice upon entering, Room is outdated needs upgrades,bathroom needs a corner shelf to place your soap and personal hygiene items ,needs better lighting in bathroom, fan is to loud once light is on, ac not working properly kept making noise all night, toilet seat needed repair , felt mattress spring on mattress while sleeping ,will not return !!

  TheThe free breakfast was ok. The staff was nice.However the room itself was low quality. I felt unsafe when the stopper could easily come out if someone pushed it hard (first video.) There were some type of water stains on the faucet And railing of the shower, (Second video). And lastly there were water damage on the ceiling of the shower. I only stayed for a few days and wouldn't be there the whole time only for sleeping but still low quality.

  Besides the mice that inhabited our room, mice droppings not getting cleaned up by maintenance after persistent complaining, evidence of poor cleaning (sweeping into the closet instead of actually cleaning), having awful food that gave my family issues in the bathroom, I’d say the experience was okay. Location was great, train station was not far to get into downtown Boston, and outside of the hotel Boston was a great experience. If you’re reading this review, just do yourself a favor and find a different hotel.
