  Disappointing experience with this Holiday Inn. We travel professionally with a tour bus and trailer (about 65 feet total), and one of the main reasons we book hotels is based on confirmed bus parking. Our business travel agent specifically arranges this in advance with each property, and I personally called multiple times ahead of arrival to reconfirm — including the day of check-in. When we arrived, the front desk staff essentially told us “good luck” with parking and offered no apology or assistance whatsoever. There was no plan, no effort to help find a solution, and no acknowledgment that the hotel had previously agreed to accommodate our vehicle. We had booked 8 rooms for a 2-night stay, so this wasn’t a small reservation. The hotel absolutely knew we were arriving with a large bus and trailer, yet completely failed to follow through on what had been confirmed multiple times. Because of this, we ended up canceling our rooms on the spot and booking another hotel that could actually accommodate us. For anyone traveling with oversized vehicles — tour buses, trailers, or trucks — I would strongly recommend confirming elsewhere. Reliability and communication here were extremely poor, and the lack of professionalism upon arrival made an already long travel day much worse.

  fair prices, great staff and very helpful with bookings. They even helped me out by going out of way. Front Desk and Divyesh are good people and highly recommended to stay, you get the best for your buck.

  The Holiday Inn Express (Plymouth) is a solid choice if you’re looking for convenience and comfort. The location is great, and while this property is a bit smaller than some other HIEs I’ve stayed at, it still delivers all the standard Holiday Inn Express frills you’d expect. The bedding and linens were exceptionally comfortable — honestly some of the best I’ve experienced — to the point where I didn’t want to get out of bed. The hotel was very clean throughout, and I appreciated the modern coffee machines in the lobby that let you grab a fresh cup anytime. The breakfast area is on the smaller side, but it’s well organized and perfectly functional for what it’s meant to be. Overall, a reliable, comfortable stay that met (and in some ways exceeded) expectations.

  For the price and location (near to Plimoth Patuxet Museums) this was a great spot! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast in the morning was perfect for our family of six. The staff was friendly and professional. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

  Absolutely wonderful. Rooms were clean spotless. Staff are just wonderful people. Warm and friendly. Breakfast was Just awesome. We enjoyed our stay for sure. One could walk to the waters edges in about 20-30 minutes or Uber for around $10. Lovely quiet area. Loved staying here.
