  My experience at this Holiday Inn hotel was very negative and disappointing. During my stay, two gold rings disappeared from my room, with an approximate value of $600. What is most concerning is that the hotel does not provide a safe in the rooms, which leaves guests without a basic way to protect their belongings. I immediately reported the issue to the staff, but I did not receive a clear solution or the support I expected in such a serious situation. The lack of responsibility and attention from the hotel made me feel very unsafe. I do not recommend this place, especially if you are traveling with valuables. Security and customer service should be a priority, and in this case, they were not.

  I HAVE BEEN HERE QUITE A BIT FOR MANY DIFFERENT REASONS.. FOR A WEDDING, AND FOR THE BLACK & WHITE EVENTS THAT WERE HOSTED THERE. VERY BEAUTIFUL ESTABLISHMENT AND CLEAN.. I SO HAVE BEEN IN THE ROOMS.. I KNEW SOMEONE WHO HAD STAYED THERE AS WELL! I ALSO WAS THERE TAKING PICTURES OF MY DAUGHTER FOR HER PROM! I ALSO MODELED THRU CHASE BALLOU IN HIGHSCHOOL IN THAT HOTEL,BUT BACK WHEN IT WAS CALLED THE CROWN PLAZA! THEY CHANGED THE NAME A FEW TIMES!!

  I've stayed here a few times now. The ladies at the front and with the valet are lovely and very helpful. Most recently during a winter storm, they had my car de-iced and warming for me when I came down. A note on valet - because of construction, they have a complementary valet for the time being. There also have some very delicious cranberry muffins at breakfast. Good location to downtown and where I needed to be for a work engagement.

  2/3 elevators were out of service. The pool was closed. The garage was torn down so we had to park at the old TD bank parking lot and walk up to the hotel. None of this was disclosed before we arrived so it was extremely inconsiderate and inconvenient. We could have gone somewhere else that had at least a parking garage and pool. The beds were not very comfortable.there is no included breakfast it's $12 and most of the food is cold and underwhelming. The restaurant inside was very understaffed, just one person doing the bar and serving
