  I've stayed here a few times now. The ladies at the front and with the valet are lovely and very helpful. Most recently during a winter storm, they had my car de-iced and warming for me when I came down. A note on valet - because of construction, they have a complementary valet for the time being. There also have some very delicious cranberry muffins at breakfast. Good location to downtown and where I needed to be for a work engagement.

  2/3 elevators were out of service. The pool was closed. The garage was torn down so we had to park at the old TD bank parking lot and walk up to the hotel. None of this was disclosed before we arrived so it was extremely inconsiderate and inconvenient. We could have gone somewhere else that had at least a parking garage and pool. The beds were not very comfortable.there is no included breakfast it's $12 and most of the food is cold and underwhelming. The restaurant inside was very understaffed, just one person doing the bar and serving

  Nothing special about this hotel, and it’s definitely not a place where you should expect any luxuries — but it’s a decent option if you just want a good night’s sleep. When I stayed there, the swimming pool was closed, but to be fair I was warned about it well in advance before booking. There’s a small fitness centre which I used and it did the job. Breakfast was okay, nothing special (although I was a bit disappointed there were no baked beans!). Staff were generally fine and helpful enough. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was genuinely pretty good, and not too expensive considering US prices. My room was quiet and I was on the 8th floor, so I had some decent views as well. The hotel is right in the centre of Pittsfield, which is convenient for getting around, but parking was a bit of a pain. It seems like they’re modernising the parking setup and there’s quite a bit of work going on nearby, although it wasn’t noisy or disruptive. Overall, a solid, practical stay — nothing fancy, but perfectly fine.

  This hotel staff Are unprofessional and I had to involve police regarding issue with staff as well as FRAUD WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION!! Parking is a mile away. pool is closed and the staff are awful DONT GO THERE!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE PROBLEMS
