The parking lot is closed no one said anything or emailed. They did send an email about the pool being closed. You have to park a block down to TD bank to park. The place is nothing like the pictures. I will never come again!!! The pictures they show online is false

When I entered the hotel, after I called to find out where parking was, I was informed they had valet, would have been helpful to know when I called to ask about parking. Reading the reviews it makes it seem as though this hotel has been renovated, this hotel is dated and worn. There is no complimentary anything, which is IHG brand standards that this hotel is breaking and should be fined for from corporate, also there is no “Brand Standard” Costa coffee either. This hotel is failing brand standards and needs a QA from IHG.

- STSara TrovaOct 14, 20254.0Everyone at the Holiday Inn and Suites was so friendly and accommodating. We had our wedding hotel block with them and they were so easy to work with- Grace Daley was wonderful! We wish the parking garage was complete but they offered free valet, which we appreciated!
