  This stay was great. First we were welcomed by Mathew, he had a great attitude and seemed to be happy to be there. We went up the elevator to our beautiful 74 degree room. King sized bed and great view. You can’t hear anything from the outside. It was a great stay and the pool room was great. Hot tub and pool. The gym was our favorite part we hung out in there for 1 hour. 100% recommend holiday inn.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. We got a larger room which was perfect for spreading out. I loved the roller blind and how dark it kept the room. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great I would give 5 stars if not for how cold the pool room was. The pool was heated but barely, and we couldn't even enjoy it because the room was so cold, we were freezing, and could only stay down there a very short time. This was an enormous let down as I was traveling with my children and having a pool was a requirement for us when selecting a hotel. We visit Lenox for an overnight stay almost monthly to attend a local appointment and this was by far my favorite hotel and room. But we won't be coming back because the pool situation is a deal breaker for us. If a cold pool isnt problematic for you. I did think the pool room was clean, the hot tub was very nice as well.

  I enjoyed my stay here and will 100% be coming back here to stay again soon and for the near future. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by Paul. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. Lobby was bright and absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and fresh. Had a room on the 4th floor, room 401 and had a fantastic view. Rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean also. Housekeeping does an amazing job!!!!. In the morning I was greeted by Jhoselin and she was amazing and wonderful. So friendly and made you feel welcomed for staying here. Breakfast attendant was amazing and friendly. I don’t catch his name though I’m sorry. Food was absolutely delicious. Everything was well cooked and served so nicely. Absolutely no next door room noise or hallways. Very quiet place to stay. I slept so well in the rooms and minimal road noise. The black out shades were icing on the cake for me. What a wonderful design and addition. The entire experience oh this hotel gives 5 star top notch vibes. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone I know and to all that plan on staying here. What a wonderful place and a wonderful knowledge kind staff. Service was top notch. I will be returning again. Marlana and Bo are amazing. This hotel is lucky to have them also. This entire hotel has Ana amazing team. Job well done everyone.
