- ACAaron CDec 27, 20255.0What a gem of a hotel. Went to pack our car, and it looked like a staff member cleared off all the cars in the parking lot!! Snow storm last night. Brand new hotel located in the Lennox, MA area. Perfect location to shops, a great brewery, restaurants, and ski resorts. Great value too! Room was awesome, as was the hotel itself. Very comfortable stay. Also, it’s a smaller hotel, so if you aren’t a fan to being around tons of people, this is great place to stay! Breakfast was great. Attendant was the same every day, and she was a gem. Friendly, and fresh food throughout. Even when busy! If you’re familiar with Holiday Inn Express breakfast, it is on point. Different egg and breakfast meat daily. Oatmeal, breads, fruits, potatoes, and yogurt. Also, has the pancake maker and some tasty packaged muffins. Will stay again!

The staff all around from kitchen service to maintenance an our manager Chris assured our stay was excellent. I highly recommended a stay here with these friendly folks and I almost forgot there’s all kinds shopping near by for your every need.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed here. Mollie helped make sure that I was booked into a quiet room, away from the hustle and bustle. Melina, the fountain of joy at breakfast, always greeted me with warmth and such a great attitude - she wants the buffet to be perfect and delicious. And Asante, the night front desk receptionist, was friendly and knowledgeable. The common areas and rooms are spotless and in shiny, new condition. The pool and fitness center provide relaxation (or get your heart pumping - your choice). The combination of blackout shades and translucent shades in the rooms helped me to customize how bright I wanted the room to be in the mornings - I often slept in because the bed was really comfortable. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel and I wish the management and staff all the best because they are doing a wonderful job so far!
