Asked for a 12 noon check out for the purpose to sleep in as a mini 1 day vacation relaxation away from work. Got woken up by housekeeping twice with the Do Not Disturb on the door present since last night when checking in. Found black hair on bath towels in bathroom. The sink faucet handle is completely broken, pops right off when lifting. I called the front desk at 9:30am letting them know housekeeping had woken me up and was told by the woman working the morning shift she would let them know. Housekeeping again knocked more aggressively 30 minutes later on the door for the second time. Not impressed with the hotel one bit. A bit angry. And person checking me in last night failed to put my points on for the stay. Beyond anooyed as I couldn’t even sleep in as that was the whole purpose of driving 2 and half hours one way to stay at a hotel I have stayed at a few times before. Do better best western and management. What a horrible experience. 0 stars. Front desk woman Sarah could have cared less about the concerns.

Before I even arrived at hotel, I called to ask for extra information. The woman who answered the phone was extremely dismissive, rude, and ignorant and could not give me the information I was looking for. I had to call the Best Western Company-wide customer service line, which was much more helpful and friendly but the man who called the hotel for me said the lady was extremely rude to him as well.
The room was awful. I had paid for the nicer king suite, and it did not live up to expectations at all.
Half the outlets in the room didn't work. The sheets had stains all over and the body wash was completely out when we arrived. The iron I used was moldy on the inside from old water in there. The jets in the jacuzzi room were full of grime on the inside, and some of the jets didn't work at all. The drain plug didn't fit the drain properly so the tub took forever to fill up. There was a giant fungi growing near the wall right next to the jacuzzi tub. It was horrifying.
Breakfast was fine, and was the only decent part of the experience.
All this for a high price during off-season at a mid location (not really that close to any attractions). There is no reason to book at this hotel at all, stay far away.

I've stayed at many BW hotels over the last few years and this one fell far short of my expectations. It pains me to make this bad of a review but I must be honest for any person thinking of staying here in the future.
Basically, my criticisms are as follows:
1) The room was not as clean as I expected. This included the bathtub and the microwave. It smelled musty whenever we came into the room. The grab bar in the bathroom was unclean.
2) The bathroom fan didn't work, the sink was plumbed backwards and the sink drain was slow.
3) The microwave had to be moved to the desk to be able to plug it in and use it.
4) The walls aren't very noise dampening. I had to call the front desk to get the guy in the next room to turn down the TV!!
5) The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. I have never experienced a bed this bad at any of the BW's I've stayed at. Time to get new mattresses and frames people!!
6) The yogurt dispensing machine was plugged up (probably needed a good cleaning) and there was no sliced bread for toast for breakfast. Other than that the breakfast was very good. Cudos to the woman who was setting everything up for us in the morning!
7) The soap and shampoo in the tub was was very nice.

We had issue and they upgraded our room to Suite room. Great location near restaurant and others. Close to Williamstown MA. Will comeback soon and recommended hotel with included breakfast and free parking lot.

Over priced, rooms smelled bad, we had to open the window all night to get smell out, stains on floor.
Service was decent, breakfast wasn’t great, the price you pay for this place was not worth it. Would not stay here again.
Positives : coffee was great in the morning and shower was great pressure / heat
