    Nice hotel for a quick run to the slopes in the White Mnt. The breakfast was good nothing fancy but all you need to start the day with a full belly. The coffee was super 👌 the only thing I didn't like there are NO bathtubs in any room and nothing like a hot bath after long day in the slopes. However, i probably come back again for a night or two.

    Was nice of them to notify me the day before my reservation that our reservation was canceled. I made the reservation a month ago. So because I made the reservation on expedia they didn't have to notify me even though they knew over 20 days ago. So now I have nothing for valentines weekend. I will never stay at a best western ever again. We travel a lot and so do our friends and family. They are all going to boycott best western from now on. Really sad as some of them are run well like the one in Niantic. But I will not give any best western my money.

    Asked for a 12 noon check out for the purpose to sleep in as a mini 1 day vacation relaxation away from work. Got woken up by housekeeping twice with the Do Not Disturb on the door present since last night when checking in. Found black hair on bath towels in bathroom. The sink faucet handle is completely broken, pops right off when lifting. I called the front desk at 9:30am letting them know housekeeping had woken me up and was told by the woman working the morning shift she would let them know. Housekeeping again knocked more aggressively 30 minutes later on the door for the second time. Not impressed with the hotel one bit. A bit angry. And person checking me in last night failed to put my points on for the stay. Beyond anooyed as I couldn’t even sleep in as that was the whole purpose of driving 2 and half hours one way to stay at a hotel I have stayed at a few times before. Do better best western and management. What a horrible experience. 0 stars. Front desk woman Sarah could have cared less about the concerns.
