  most workers were nice BUT that doesn’t make up for the RAT running around the first floor. maybe they should vacuum because the whole time i was there the same stuff was on the floor from the first day. the doors are terrible mine wouldn’t close i was scared someone was gonna come get me along with the rat. do better hilton inn.!

  Had an issue with the toilet in the room. Called at 5 pm was told there would be someone up. Called at 6 pm was told there would be someone right away. Went to the front desk after 7 pm to be told oh they didn't tell you? Maintenance went home at 4 we won't be fixing your toilet until tomorrow. I have a 11 yr old with very specific needs, as well as a teen female with. We had to spend the evening going to the 1st floor bathroom by the pool. When asked to recompense the evening we were offed a half nights points or 25 percent off because we stayed instead of leaving and making a 3 fr ride home that night. Will never stay at this hotel again and I strongly advise not to. There was a right way and a wrong way to make this situation right and they chose the wrong way.

  I see a lot of bad reviews of this Holiday Inn. I also read that it used to be a shelter 😳. I always check the bed first for bedbugs, and nothing. Everything was very clean, staff was very nice, shower had good pressure, microwave, fridge, and tv's worked great. I felt completely safe, and even tried to get in at a side door that you could only get out of. No sketchy characters, no dirty hallway carpets, no bad smells, and every outlet worked. There were USB ports in every lamp (there were 4 in the room), and the temperature control was great. I would recommend this hotel. I feel like it got a bad name. Maybe they worked on everything that everyone complained about, and that's why it's better. I would stay here again whenever my husband's band plays in Beverly. My husband is a diamond elite member as well have stayed in these hotels all over the country. Never a problem. We were in room 403.

  The room was large, clean and comfortable but the water for the shower just barely warm enough to be tolerable. Add to that the fact that the shower curtain was not big enough to extend wall to wall and it made for a chilly shower experience.
