  We drove almost two hours to visit this haunted house for Halloween, assuming it would be scary but it was a very disappointing experience. The maze we went through just had a bunch of smoke and there was nobody there to scare us. They could have at least had some fake monsters to pop out. Going through the other haunted houses was also very underwhelming and not scary at all. We assumed there would be actual actors to scare us, and it was the opposite. Cheap dolls and some low quality sounds. Seemed underfunded.

  13th World Haunted House in Palmer, MA, is a must-visit for any thrill-seeker looking for a chilling experience. From the moment you step onto the grounds, the atmosphere is thick with anticipation and dread. The attention to detail is impeccable, with elaborate sets, eerie sound effects, and talented actors who fully commit to their roles. Each room is meticulously designed to play on your deepest fears, and the scares are both creative and intense. Whether it's navigating through claustrophobic corridors or encountering terrifying creatures lurking in the shadows, every moment is designed to keep you on the edge of your seat. But the real strength of 13th World lies in its ability to tell a story. 13th World is the place to be. It's a terrifyingly good time. 1000000000% recommend you go !!!

  Amazing place, the BEST haunted attraction I’ve been to in a while. Actors and staff 10/10. Swear this place gets better every year. Would like to specifically call out some of the best customer service I’ve received in a while. A woman dressed as a nurse at one of the bars, she had amazing customer service. All the staff was amazing but this woman had a great energy about her. She took care of all guest at the bar efficiently while also interacting with them individually. She made all drinks great and any questions people had about the park she was able to answer for them. Lots of people kept going back specifically to see her (myself included). This was my second time coming to 13th World this year, I brought my autistic son earlier in the season he loves all things horror, he was getting overstimulated and when this woman had no customers she helped my son calm down and self regulate. He is very young still and has a hard time sometime. Overall amazing staff member and deserved the shout out and overall amazing place to go during Halloween time. Can’t recommend this place enough

  Great time but for someone who knows scary this was not for the seasoned lol if that's what you're looking for. If you want fun and a couple drinks this is def a good spot. This guy was just great. Scared the pants off my teen and then made friends with her lol
