Tenants appreciate the ability to have a dialogue with homeowners. I have never had a vacancy in the past 15 years, nor have I ever had an issue with a tenant!

I was surprised at how quickly I got referrals and at the large number of visitors to the site. In addition to helping me find renters, the site provided some strategies to screen guests and a draft lease agreement. The introductory cost was a bargain. I would definitely recommend the site and use them again.
