  Unfortunately I fell coming back to my room from the pool area on Saturday night, the 18th. Although the staff was helpful, I have contacted my attorney. I have three fractures in my lower spine. I can provide dr. reports if requested. A reimbursement of my room fee would be immediate compensation for the pain, missing work and discomfort I am experiencing. Thank you, Mary DiPrisco

  Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pool area—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I can't wait to come back!

  Overall experience was ok at best. I would not recommend this hotel, it does not compare to other Holiday Inn's I've stayed at. The parking lot is full of construction equipment, there is debris from ongoing construction inside the hotel. I called ahead and notified staff that I would be checking in a day late, yet I was still charged for a day that I did not use.

  J ai séjourné lors d une compétition de danse a Boston. Lit confortable , endroit propre. Seul bémol en ce qui me concerne est que le comptoir avec le lavabo est placé en entrant dans la chambre personnellement je préfére lorsque les lavabo de salle de bain sont dans la salle de bain. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits Nous etions à 15 minutes de l endroit ou avait lieu notre compétition. Déjeuner style buffet, oeuf brouillé, saucisse , patates ,yogourt roti Tres bon prix

  My family stayed here on a trip to visit family. It was also during the time of a first floor remodel along with what looked to be a dance competition going on. When we were checking in there were about 30 or so people trying to check in, some in groups, but the front desk person was saying everyone’s room numbers out load so everyone could hear. Having previously worked in the industry, that’s a huge safety concern! The remodel was posted with a sign in the lobby but not what floors or other areas were impacted. With 2 small kids going to the bathroom without having covers over light switches or electrical outlets is another safety concern for inquisitive small fingers. The best part is, that the hotel decided to put all the dance competition hotel goers on the top floor 2 floors of the 4 floor hotel, so everyone below(which was us) got to hear all the jumping around and running around at night. We contacted IHG about the issue and another ant issue that was in the breakfast area, and they put us in contact with GM. She apologized and said she would give us 1,000 points for the inconvenience and the issue at the front desk. It’s been about 2 weeks and still no points. No other follow up or anything else happened while there, but it would have been nice to hear something about it. We won’t be staying there again. Also, I guess the people who run this location run the Fairfield across the street, so we will be avoiding that location as well.
