- SLScott Lane1 day ago3.0I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Perfect spot for a quick getaway!
- NNNoelMar 31, 20261.0This stay was a disaster, me and my wife paid for a night at 10:00 am through a third party app that said there were rooms available and tried to check in and was told “ oh sorry, we don’t have any rooms available until 2-3pm. Then me and my wife left and 10 minutes later I got a call from the hotel telling us “ hey there is a room for u guys available whenever ur ready to come back, U GUYS ARE ALL SET”. Then I called the hotel on the way back with my wife later in the evening about pool hours and was told “ oh your guys aren’t checked in at all”. I said what does that have to do with pool hours and said to us “ well it doesn’t matter unless u guys have ur keys and ur card ready for an incident hold”. So I went in while my wife was in the car after I “ checked in”( I was checked in for about 3 minutes and the woman said “ ur making this whole situation so much more difficult than it has to be”. Then I said me and my wife have to leave and Karen said” you guys just checked in, u guys are ok with losing money or not even looking at ur rooms” (assuming me and my wife are financially unstable). Which mind u we are offended by by the way.. me and my wife will never be coming back to this hotel. DON’T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE UNLESS U LIKE ISSUES AT THE SERVICE DESK AND ATTITUDE PROBLEMS. It should be a zero star!🤣😭
