- LWL W-MDec 19, 20255.0Love it here! It's our 2nd year to stay here. The staff is just wonderful...so accommodating. Brenda is a jewel as are Rachel & the other lady whose mage starts with an M. Breakfasts are good. There's a laundry facility on site. Only thing is I wish they had was something in the bottom of the tub to prevent slipping/falling. The towels are thick & fluffy. Great welcome perks. Housekeeping Staff is very nice & helpful. This is a great place. We'll be back!

From the moment I arrived, Rachel at check-in set the tone—warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the staff here actually values their guests, especially IHG members. The check-in perks were a great surprise: I even got to spin a prize wheel for bonus points and freebies. It’s the little touches like that that really stand out. Speaking of extras, this hotel goes above and beyond. They had snacks like pie, cookies, and tea available—something you don’t usually see—and the entire property had an elevated feel. The breakfast area was spotless and offered premium items I rarely encounter at an HIE. It’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. Overall, this property is doing everything right. Comfortable, clean, and guest-focused from the start. I’ll absolutely stay here again next time I’m in the area.
