  We met and interacted with Sadie, Saquan and Maria a supervisor. I must say they understand hospitality. The level of service we received was exceptional!! The room and bathroom were super clean! Thank you so much for making us feel so valued.

  Great staff - Saddie is very accommodating. We've been traveling these past few months and hands down our best experience thus far for the fall and winter 2025/26. Breakfast was good for me. Place was clean and quiet despite there being a hockey team. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool but it looked great and was very inviting. Cheers

  The main purpose of a hotel is to let you sleep. Mission failed. The doors are about as useful as saloon doors — except they’re louder, since they slam constantly. The place was full of kids screaming and running through the hallways until midnight, slamming doors every time they passed. The windows are not double-glazed at all. You can clearly hear — and understand — conversations from people outside, which says everything about the lack of soundproofing. Judging by other reviews, this is clearly not an isolated issue. In the end, it really felt like I paid to experience one of the worst nights of sleep of my life. Disappointing for a hotel. Avoid if you value sleep.

  Really great hotel. It was clean and the staff were really amazing. The gym was so nice too. Very clean and good equipment.
