I then called back and the manager was also very rude and didn’t think the customer service I received was wrong in any way. My hotel room was also dirty and had bed bugs.

We enjoyed lovely reception and they were eager to assist with any needs. The breakfasts were tasty and the staff did a great job keeping up with demand. I didn’t use the pool but the gym was nicely equipped and worked well for my morning exercise. It’s a location that is somewhat hidden but easy to find and nearby many restaurants. We will definitely look to return here the next time we are in the area.
