She checked us in and was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions, and we were very impressed by her professionalism and the number of languages she speaks. The next morning, we saw her again in the breakfast area. My wife needed help, and Sadie assisted her right away. She kept checking on us to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. Her kindness and customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Sadie! Because of you, we will definitely come back.

I then called back and the manager was also very rude and didn’t think the customer service I received was wrong in any way. My hotel room was also dirty and had bed bugs.
