- TCTycliel C1 day ago1.0I'm staying at this hotel for nine days currently and I'm deeply disappointed by my experience. The day I moved in, I discovered that the room was still dirty. I could tell the carpet was not vacuumed and there was a gross spot on the floor in the between the kitchen chairs that needs to be removed with carpet cleaner. When I asked the staff at the desk to have someone come by to clean it up, they never came so now I'm prepared to lose my deposit. In addition, the soap dispenser and laundry room itself is also super dirty. I'm surprised the dryer lint wasn't removed from the dryer after the room was cleaned. I'll have to remember to bring napkins with me every time I want to use the dryer. I also asked the desk why there was a snack table in front of the bar, as if guests were allowed to go there and grab food like they do for breakfast. She looked at me crazy and had no idea what I was talking about, so now I know to avoid asking her questions from now on. Once my time is up, I won't be coming back here ever again. I was hoping that I would have a better experience at this hotel since I paid $2000 for a room, but at this point I just wish I could leave and go somewhere else. I'm dreading the next couple of days.

The property is nice, rooms are spacious and the surrounding area is full of shoppes, restaurants and entertainment - all within walking distance! The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing! If I ever return to the area, I'll be sure to stay at this property again!
