I typically avoid Embassy Suites as I find them to be rather tired, and certainly often times family focused (when I'm traveling for business). On a recent family focused trip, we stayed here and I've got to say, it was fantastic. This hotel is clean, well kept, and modern. There is ample parking. Access is easy. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and the hotel has a large bar/restaurant with decent hours. Five stars to the staff here. I'd absolutely stay here again in the future. Great work and a great representation of the Hilton brand.
- SBStacey BDec 31, 20254.0We stayed here for four nights. The room was very clean and spacious and the common areas were well maintained. It is located near lots of restaurants and store. We stay at Embassy Suites often and we look forward to the evening reception but just a heads up, due to Massachusetts law, they do not offer complimentary cocktails. This is not the fault of the hotel but I do feel they could've offered lower cost drinks from the bar to make up for this. The breakfast was good and we really appreciated the complimentary fountain soda that was offered for non coffee drinkers. It was super crowded but there is plenty of seating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again as we are in the area very often.

- CHChristine Baissac HaydenDec 27, 20254.0We loved this place! e rented 3 rooms, one had a full kitchen and faux fireplace. We stayed for Christmas! It was perfect, kids went skiing during the day. We(parents) were able to cook a full Christmas meal. Pool is very nice. Things to know... We are faithful to embassy suites (we travel for long periods for work). This residence does not offer free alcohol during happy hour and they do not let you eat outside food in the common areas. That is not Written anywhere... The Saint Louis, we stayed in clearly warned us that outside food was not allowed... The one in Atlanta accepted outside food... So this was a bummer, when we Were kicked out... It didn't ruin our stay though. They should add signs so people can make plans accordingly. Also .. though the kitchen is fully equipped, it will soon need updating.. the fridge is loud and ready to retire.
