Recently, I spent a night with my family at a hotel, and the experience was simply exceptional. The room was impeccably clean, the hotel was easily accessible, and everyone at the reception greeted us warmly. The breakfast was wonderful, and the overall stay was perfect. I highly recommend it!

Had great experience with the costumer service after I had left an item at the hotel. Dawn made it priority to track down my valuable and ensure that it was returned to me. I am very grateful for her for this. Other aspects of the hotel are great as well. No complaints, and usually affordably priced.

Stayed on our way from Texas to Maine because of the pet policy and price. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed and fair pricing. Surrounded by businesses and some restaurants.

Very poor service form that manager on duty! She said we should have common sense in front of other guests, we were treated poorly and even the other staff working were taken back by this managers actions. The manager refused to give us her name, but after she left the front desk the other person working apologized and gave us her name and that district managers name, again the magnet on duty refused to give us anything but attitude. My daughter’s reservation was refunded yet mine was not. I will never return to best western period! Very disappointing and dissatisfied!!!!
