Our room price was suppose to be 129.00 we were staying for a convention, that was convention price. When we figured out they charged us 256. We called and no one would fix it. So that was definitely a problem. Other than that not a bad place, employees were great. Banquet food was awesome.

The real star of this hotel is the breakfast and the staff!!! The breakfast was amazing — full buffet and nothing you had to make yourself (tired of standing by a waffle maker for a half hour!). There was fresh fruit, variety of homemade eggs and pastries and meats. The home fries were delish. And the staff could not have been nicer. I admit I was a little wary after reading some other recent reviews but I’m telling you, there’s no way those people were talking about this hotel. It’s really nice, rooms are clean, staff is excellent and the free breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at any hotel, even ones where I had to pay.

Hotel is full of stink bugs which the staff seems to be aware of. I’ve never seen one before so when I killed it in my room, the staff berated me for killing it because of the smell that comes out of it. I was told next time just swatted out like a fly or call the front desk. The manager didn’t care at all and looked at me like I had six heads for not knowing what a stink bug was. Apparently the hotel is infested with them.

⭐☆☆☆☆ “Welcome to the Murder Hotel” — A Five-Alarm Disaster in Hospitality If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to stay in a live-action episode of CSI: Boston, this is your chance. The moment we walked into our room, it was clear the “housekeeping” team must’ve been on a permanent vacation — blood stains on the sheets and mattress (ad other guests have also stated in the reviews), mystery substances galore, and a general vibe that screamed crime scene cleanup in progress. Our dog, bless her heart, decided to explore and found someone’s leftover stash of “souvenirs” (aka drugs) conveniently left by the dresser. Cue the emergency vet visit — because apparently, here even the pets can’t escape the chaos. Working with this hotel for an event was an Olympic-level exercise in patience. The staff somehow managed to give away celebrity room information — not once, but twice. The first time ended with a stalker literally trying to kick in a celebrity’s door while we were the ones handling the situation since hotel security was about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Police had to get involved. You’d think that would be a wake-up call — but no, they shared another celebrity’s room info shortly after. Cleanliness? Nonexistent. Security? Optional. Professionalism? Fictional. If you’re into adrenaline, chaos, and the faint scent of bleach failing to mask bad decisions, this place is your Disneyland. Would I stay here again? Only if every other hotel on Earth was booked and I needed material for a horror podcast. Stevie however is a gem! She needs to be the manager. Things here need to change. Giving them another chance was just another year of the same. Hosting here will cost you your reputation. Don't take my word for it however, try it for yourself.
