  We stayed here a few days while moving and had to pack and ship a bunch of boxes and they were very accommodating. Good value for the price and breakfast was included which was nice.

  Good price, convenient location off 495. Walking distance to Market Basket. Free breakfast. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff.

  Hotel stay from hell. Stayed there on New Year's Eve. Room booked weeks in advance. We showed up only to find out that there was in issue with the water running cold and warm, "off and on" as they put it. No warning or heads up in advance. We checked in early, about 3:30 PM. Because of this, the person I was with took a shower immediately in case in got colder when other guests arrived. She got by with lukewarm water. I tried using the sink and the water was all cloudy and dirty looking. I tried a shower later on and it was really almost ice cold so I could not take any show, could not shave, and couldn't brush my teeth. When she went downstairs and talked to staff about the water issue and if anything can be done she mentioned she was able to take a shower right after check-in. After a little back and forth conversation the staff person joked to her that we should have taken the shower together. This is not only very stupid but absolutely unprofessional, something you would hear from a street person. This hotel is a disgrace. Room had issues as well. Many channels had little to no reception on the TV and the climate control did its own thing blowing cold air and then warm and then cold...etc.. This was our third stay overall in the last few years. The first time was good, the second time not so good and this time was a disaster. Also, the food was mediocre-to-bad too the next morning. No refund or free night was offered at all because they had no hot water the night before or that morning (New Year's of all times). Avoid this terrible place if at all possible.

  The good: great location!! Great customer service cleanliness also great!! The bad no hot water throughout the whole motel. My wife and I drove from n.c. to go to funeral. Booked motel ahead of time place was fabulous, location was great as stated got checked in settled in was getting ready to a nice hot shower after the long drive from N.c.turned on water no hot coming out though maybe it had to build up, waiting for over 15 minutes, nothing not even in the sink. We downstairs to informed the front desk clerk she said that there was not going to be any hot water throughout the whole motel would be for tomorrow be don't have a set time. It was late so had no choice but to stay will be leaving in the morning. For a place like this great location time of holidays should have been already taking care of it. Overall great stay great customer but no hot water. Very inconvenient for my wife and I hope you guys will fix issues like this in the near future ahead of time..
