- LBLouAnn BatesMar 18, 20265.0I thought that Holiday Inn's were considered a moderately rated hotel, but was pleasantly surprised when we booked a weekend stay at the one in Hyannis MA. It was exceptionally clean. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and comfortable. The lounge atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The food was very good; we ate supper in the lounge, and we ate breakfast which was included in the price of our stay. Checking in was easy, and they accommodated us for an early check-in. The employees were all kind and helpful. They even went above and beyond to suggest places to eat, based on what we wanted. The that waited on us at breakfast was super pleasant, too, and so helpful and friendly. As well, Jonathan, the manager, who was tending the lounge one evening, and assisting at breakfast one morning, was over-the-top pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Additionally, the Inn is centrally located to pretty much anything of interest, including lots of restaurants, the mall, and a car wash. It's, also, about 10 minutes to the ocean and additional restaurants and shops. We've stayed in plenty of highly rated hotels, but this place takes-the-cake. We loved it, and would definitely book here again.
