- STShaylene Marino ThompsonNov 4, 20254.0The outside of this hotel is lacking landscaping. There is a very strong smell that the indoor pool puts off and it is very pungent. The check-in staff was extremely kind and getting through the process was easy and fast. I found the bartender on Saturday night to be a bit abrasive on the phone when I ordered my two dishes. I would certainly not order room service from this location again. I received a Caesar salad drenched in Italian dressing. The chicken served on the salad was very dry, and the Parmesan crisps were soggy and did not compliment. The salad at all neither did the corn chip strips that they added to the top. I did think that the salt and pepper wings were very good but a little plane. There were other flavor options that may have been a little bit more exciting to the pallet. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness in my room, the absolutely divine bed that I slept on and the outrageously huge jet bathtub. I would also like to add that they provide Dove products in the bathroom. I did appreciate that. I would certainly stay here again and again, but we choose to order my food outside of room service. Also, I have never seen a toilet so short. It was definitely an odd bend down to reach the toilet seat. This did not bother me at all however, I could see that if someone had back problems that this may be an issue. No pool orders in the bedroom. Also, their gym was very nice.

Located close to a beach then would have been nice if the room decor aligned with that beachside vibe and the furniture was slim. Room Lighting was not good enough. Most hotels we stayed in had free coffee and tea 24/7 but this one didnt. Beds and Pillows were veryyyy soft, we were sinking in. Cant imagine the challenge for old people trying to get out and also its not good for the back and neck. Location wise - fantastic. Had 2 pools and a nice cocktail lounge.
